  1. This "Ninja" goes by 4 names: Richard Joz Gazza and Djrappa.
  2. i came up with one for my DT major last year.... B&M Dive named "Dreamtime" It starts underground , where the que is a large cave with the Dreamtime stories engraved into the walls. Then when loaded into the train you get boosted into a small bunny hop taking you above ground, then back under. Straight into the lift from here, where you reach the point and dive into the mouth of a Bunyip (which has the parks Indian Express passing through the sides). You then fly out the back and into a Zero-G roll and up a small hill that turns you in an "inverted corkscrew" fashion. Flying out of this and a banked right turn into the Ali Baba Serpent with more Aboriginal paintings. Out the back you come kicking up water , then up a small trail/hill left by the snake and into a loop over the path with a Yowie (complete with stench) hanging from it. back to the ground and over a large bunny hill, you enter a slight braked slope surrounded by trees. These trees contain the Yarrameyahoo (eats and regurgitates you several times before actually eating you....) where you see him/it eating someone (animatronic) then spitting him out. You encounter 3 of these then reach the end of the run and then get launched into a heavily over banked U-Turn back to the station. I also envisioned (but didn't install) an Intamin Launched Tower Thinggy (also partly underground) but with WAY more "Movie Magic" called "Drop Bear" (no points for guessing the car).........
  3. You obviously missed the word "Asia" in there. When asians come over they want the full aussie treatment, so boomerangs, roo's and emu's, and drop bears; the full treatment. And how is it a bad move? Are people going to stop going because of this? No, it's not America. Also some Aboriginals do/will care; mainly the ones who embrace the culture (not the stereotypes). I for one am really intersted in what chages come and hope we get a giant bunyip outta it. Also can someone please PM me what Kujotess said? I'm interested to know....
  4. But in doing Vegas, this will put even more into the kitty. In being in America- let alone Nevada of all places, a major tourism sector (FL,CA,and NV would all be equivalent to QLD and NY being equivalent to NSW). This would be a smart choice as it would then allow for our aussie parks to grow and more to be made.
  5. When i said younger, i was talking about how they probably don't know about anything before the DS.... This park is based on Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald....
  6. Came across this thanks to Facebook. It's from Japan in 2005, there was also a Taiwan park aswell. And sorry to younger viewers that you dont understand this park....
  7. We already knew that they had started with the dirt....
  8. $10? Try over $16 in 20c pieces....
  9. While drooling over Ariana Grande; i stumbled upon a more in-depth photo review of Cars Land
  10. http://www.cnngo.com/singapore/visit/gallery-gardens-bay-opens-singapore-403330 Saw this in the MX today and i still say that the trees are shopped into EVERY photo.
  11. Starting today WILD LIFE Sydney are conducting back of house tours. $10 for adults and $5 for kids. This takes you through our Reptile Quarrintine Room and onto the roof with jaw dropping views, where you can see our main koala exhibit from above and our rose crown breeding avairies. Personally i think its a good idea and one of the cheapest things at any big touristy place, and im not sure if were still continueing with it, but on weekends (saturdays i think) we take you through our Food Prep room, and Reptile Room 1 (possibly RR2 but not 3 i think).
  12. Welcome to America. Where the people are up themselves, and EVERY coaster must be over 9000 KP/H, and have loops and corkscrews. Look at the comments for SD's Manta, a large amount of comments actually said that even if it is a family coaster it should be ILLEGAL to not have loops. Aparrently EVERY coaster overthere must be catered for the "thrill audience". Honestly Skyrush looks really well done, and Manta's making me drool. they were both well executed, and even though i try my best to stay clear of anything really steep with lap bars (buzzsaw, El Toro etc.) with Rip Ride Rocket probally pushing the boundaries; I'd love a woodie. A woodie and probally GL would be the ones to get me over the line. A wooden coaster at DW would be a godsend to make up for 2008.
  13. Dickie is Richard. And according to Mice Chat almost literally nothing new has happened to Matterhorn internally. Not even Harold (the snowman) who was the wildcard to have changes was touched.
  14. Smallish my ass. It's a decently sized "action-turned-water-park" with the land that they actually own being significantly bigger than the actual park, this should fit in fine. next up they just need a bit of work done to the toboggans.... Ironically the beginners track where your meant to go slow is the same track where you actually stop because you didn't go full speed round the corner.
  15. Considering it looks like crap, and would be almost impossible to theme decently; I'm gunna have to say it's definately going to be that.
  16. For someone who hasn't been there since 2006. Does that mean it's an All You Can Eat Buffet?
  17. If i was in your position , i'd go off my nut. MW is thrill rides and superheroes that kids love ONLY because movies are out there. With those being 2 DC (Superman and Batbitch) and 1Marvel(Spiderman). Kids know jack shit about superheros, they only like them because things blow up excessively. Walk up to any superhero obsessed child under 11 and ask them who Aquaman,Hawkgirl, and Martian Manhunter are, they wont have a clue. SW is just another wildlife park, exempt with water. And DW is what claims to be thrill rides, but is essentially a giant kids playground. They have as much kid oriented stuff as the Cavill St Mall's Timezone has things that move and/or give you seizures.
