Port Aventura and the indoor portion of the Costa Caribe waterpark will be open from March 18th, 2005 to Jan 8th, 2006 this season. The outside section of the waterpark will be open from May 14 to Sept 30th. The annual Halloween event will run from October 1st to November 13 and the Christmas event will run from November 19th to January 8th, 2006

Park News - (4/8/05) In a switch of pace, Dreamworld hosted their first Screamworld event on April 1st, where the park was left open after dark... something that normally doesn’t happen to park’s Australia it seems. Also apparently the park is planning more events like this in the future.

The Australian Outback Spectacular - Confirmed - (12/22/04) Construction will begin in early 2005 on a $23 million 1000-seat dinner theater on land near MovieWorld. The enclosed theater will feature a 2 hour show with up to forty horses, stuntmen, other popular Australian animals and a Aussie BBQ dinner. The show will highlight Australian culture and traditions. The hope to have the theater finished by the end of 2005
