  1. Is it possible that that actually HAVE thought of this, and there WILL be audio as described above?
  2. Good. I am very much opposed to the concept of Fast Track.
  3. A very very very loose connection surely? Yes. That could work. We'll see!
  4. I'm just trying to work out the connection between a shark and DC Rivals.
  5. Quite a cool little construction scene. Taken just now from the fountain.
  6. Lift hill getting a bit higher. It's now even higher than it's maximum Gold Coast Bulletin height, but still has considerable additional height to reach over the next week or two!
  7. Maybe it'll be VIP passes asgain, without the "Magic"! Doesn't bother me anyway. I've got an Unlimited membership, so as long as they continue that I'll be ok!
  8. Apparently the VIP Magic Pass is "going away" on 31st August. https://themeparks.com.au/box-office/vip-magic-pass/select-tickets.aspx?utm_medium=social&utm_source=Accuen&utm_campaign=VRTP-FY18-Q1-VIP&utm_content=FBAd&utm_term=PRO_Sponsored_Link Anyone have any idea what that means?
  9. Obviously not. I was sarcastically making a point.
  10. Wow! No staff meetings, or noticeboards at least? Or staff emails / texts about important company information?
  11. I think the pirate show was the best fit for the front of the park. With Pirates of the Caribbean being so popular now, and being partly filmed at Village studios, an impressive new version could be made. Sea themed and suits all ages.
  12. Absolutely! They've obviously put their focus firmly on Movie World over the last year or two. However Sea World is ripe for some love. Let's hope it gets it!
  13. Movie World is a THEME park. The Joker face appears to be the only bit of actual themeing on this ride (apart form perhaps the batman-like front of the train). Definitely necessary, and actually looks cool!
  14. Outstanding parade and new / additional daytime entertainment. I'm very impressed.
  15. There'd be no theme parks if they did. That's for sure. I remember learning in the first few years of primary school what an accident was. Seems some people either didn't get that lesson or weren't paying attention!
  16. I'll be suitably impressed when I see your improved version.
  17. I forgot to mention Vikings Revenge too! Suffice to say pretty much everything that was at the real Sea World in 2007 is in my RCT3 version! Hard to believe how much it's gone downhill since then.
  18. My version was based on how the real Sea World was in 2007. I forgot to mention Sea Viper in my earlier post but that's in my RCT3 version too! If you look on YouTube there is a couple of videos of the real ride. My version was based on my own memory of it and was the best I could do with the effects available in RCT3.
  19. I spent many weeks painstakingly recreating Sea World when it was complete with Bermuda Triangle, chairlifts, better monorail experience, pirate show, full waterpark, and miniature railway. I did this using Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 (with all the add-ons) back in 2007, and it's still great fun playing with it now! My recreation isn't 100% accurate layout, but it was the best I could do at the time and with this software, and it's not too far off. It even includes a reasonable Sea World resort too. I found audio on Youtube from the monorail, dolphin show, Bermuda Triangle, and pirate show. The audio plays in the relevant parts of the park. This is the part that took by far the longest to make. Worth it though!
  20. I noticed a couple of days ago that the drink refill station at the front of Movie World has a new addition - Fuze Iced Tea. I checked today, and the sugar content of Fuze iced tea is about 5%, whereas Coke is over 10%. Those figures are based on the products you can buy in supermarkets. The post mix versions are probably different, but I'd imagine the difference is still likely to be proportionate. As such, that represents a big improvement in my opinion. At this stage it says that Fuze is available for a limited time only. Maybe if it's proven popular enough though, they might make it permanent. Good on them for at least giving it a try.
  21. Please don't take this the wrong way, but this is the sort of thing that comes to my mind when it comes to low budget "theme parks" (just for fun)! On a serious note though, it is things like public liability insurance (a massive ongoing cost) and other regulatory requirements (such as Workcover) that make a project such as this almost impossible for anyone other than a major international corporation, or an eccentric multibillionaire.
