Try Google Earth (formly known as 'Keyhole 2 LT').

Alex and koolkidsyd, when did Ronald say it was "official merchandise"? Not once has the word 'merchandise' been used in this thread.
-
No... it's 'spelt'. Go Luna Park!

I'm with you Gazza, sounds like an excellent themeing idea... -

Very well said djrapper. I'd just like to add to that - 'reasons why Dreamworld should get a new waterpark': the water pressure in their current waterpark is insufficient (for expansion). a larger waterpark would widen their market. able to compete directly with Wet 'n' Wild. I think Dreamworld have changed their attitude towards themeing (after Stephen became the CEO). The Claw, their latest ride, is great! I can only see the waterpark being better... -

Blue Lagon isn't able to expand so they are building another bigger, better water park in a different area of the park (i.e. the Thunderbolt site). -

My guess is a water park... I'd be very surprised if it was anything different. -
The confirmed opening date is December 2005.

It's funny you say that because Movie World are currently constructing one of these rides. The ride is being themed to 'Superman' and opening in December of this year. -

I don't think Alex is questioning everyone’s knowledge of Kingda Ka but rather your grammatical expression and logic. What you wrote Paul doesn't make sense… You cannot combine two different 'ideas' into the one sentence. It would have been better to say… OR

I think if you posted photos on a website they wouldn't do much (especially if you acknowledged who the trademarks belonged to). On the back of every map it simply states 'not for commercial purposes'... if you're site isn't commercial then they don't have a case.
-
RCDB.com has some photos of the ride now as well.
-
It hasn't been delayed. Movie World has only just set an official opening date... and it's December 2005 (as opposed to the rumors which pointed to September 2005).
-
Everyone seems to be getting mixed up with profits and commercial activities... I can tell you that Movie World is not against Roller-Coaster.com.au posting personal photographs taken within the park because money is being made off the photos (obviously this is not happening), they are against Roller-Coaster.com.au making the photos available for "public viewing" - which is against their (new) policy. But as far as I care… post them!
-
Interesting discussion.... What if this was written on the back of the ticket / at the front gate? Or something similar?
-
So they have put up posters now? Has anyone got any photos?

Thank's for the photos. They're great. Please don't copyright your pictures. It's so pointless.

http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Disneyland,+...07918&t=k&hl=en It's a pretty neat Google feature that has been around for a while but you can now zoom further into Disneyland than ever before. The park layout can be seen easily. Another great search on Google Satellite is the top secret military base at Area 51. Takes a while to find (look for a big white lake) but there are some really really interesting photos there.

If you like Wild West Falls and Bermuda, then you'll love Scooby-Doo. However if you like rides where you can see what's ahead, then think again, Scooby-Doo has been designed to encorporate many unique elements and effects that totally take the rider by surprise... but don't worry, it's a whole lot of fun, even if Alex did ruin the good parts

Hey Josh, Here are some websites that contain information about the Scooby-Doo Spooky Coaster... http://dreamnova.com/adam/archives/2005/05...y-doo_phot.html http://www.elvision.com/tunneloflaffs/scoo...orld/scooby.htm Taking video on the Scooby-Doo Spooky Coaster is strictly prohibited. Just wondering, if you're going to the coast in September, why would you want a video of the ride? Wouldn't it be best to keep it a surprise?

Yea, but it's still great to look back on the photos. The fountain area is going to change so much over the next six months.

The photos would be great. I don't think Movie World allow videos taken from within the park to be put up for public or commerical viewing.
