Scooby Doo Spooky Coaster refurb
I give up... the same reasons they have one on that page for a rollercoaster and 2 4D shows that no longer exist in the park.

Scooby Doo Spooky Coaster refurb
No the disclaimer was for the store that no longer exists. Any merchandise sold will always have its own trademark disclaimer printed on its packaging.

Scooby Doo Spooky Coaster refurb
the trademark disclaimer would relate directly to the Harry Potter store and Saw Maze (both of which are now gone) if you look the trademark list still has Lethal Weapon, Ice Age, and Rio on it (all long gone), They did have some Harry Potter Merchandise in the movie store next to the 4D cinema. They sell a whole range of movie memorabilia in there, even Avatar items. I doubt the trademark disclaimers would relate to the individual merchandise though as each product would have its own trademark printed on it.

They do not have the rights, this is a trademark disclaimer from when the Harry Potter Shop was in Movie World basically telling people the exact opposite - that they do not own Harry Potter, and any reference to it is owned by Warner Bros and JK Rowling.

Universal Studios holds the exclusive rights to Harry Potter IP in theme parks, plain and simple. It won't be Harry Potter related.

As much as Harry Potter may be better, it also will never happen.

Movie World Hypercoaster - colour, theme and announcement speculation
The only reason I know of the Phantom is because he was always the crappy free comic that came with a lot of showbags at the Ekka

Movie World Hypercoaster - colour, theme and announcement speculation
I don't think a comic that has been running for over 80years could be considered short lived, phantom has been around longer than Superman.

Down comes Sea World Water Park
I would say it had to do with the maintenance of the tanks. Smaller systems (especially salt-water ones) are very difficult to maintain, and are prone to a multitude of issues. I would dare say that maintaining a tank the size of Shark Bay requires less detailed attention than the multiple small tanks that were in the aquarium.

Down comes Sea World Water Park
Jelly fish are definitely not the only animals sea world doesn't have. If they were to get a jellyfish exhibit, I would at most imagine it to be a couple of tanks added to current Creatures of the Deep indoor area, not a replacement for an entire area of a park. Sea world has really been missing a basic aquarium exhibit since the one underneath the current animal adventure bookings disappeared a few years back. I would like to see an exhibit showcasing smaller aquariums of varying types - from the reef (Typical nemo/dory stuff kids love), deeper water animals (octopus?) to freshwater wetlands (maybe freshwater crocs). Ultimately though I hope it becomes an expansion of the current Castaway Bay area with a few pirate themed rides to make it a spot people want to seek out and see, not just an area they stumble upon on their way out from the dolphin show.

Twin Polar Bear Cubs Born at Sea World
Sea World is excited to announce that 16-year-old Polar Bear Liya has given birth and is caring for two Polar Bear cubs. The cubs, which were born in the early hours of Wednesday 26 April, are doing well and have been observed suckling milk. At birth the cubs weighed approximately 600 grams, are 15 centimetres in length and are blind, toothless with short, soft fur. This is a very exciting time for Sea World and our Polar Bear and veterinary team are monitoring Liya and the cubs very closely. These early stages remain an extremely critical period and we are cautiously optimistic the cubs will continue to thrive. The cubs will spend the first stage of their lives in the maternity den with Liya. We hope to determine their gender when the twins first leave the den in approximately July. The Polar Bears at Sea World are ambassadors for their species and play a vital role in raising awareness of the effects of global warming. Current research indicates that Polar Bear numbers in the wild are declining, with 22,000 – 31,000 bears remaining worldwide. Sign up to our email subscription and follow us on Facebookto receive regular updates on the cubs’ progress. Special Baby Polar Bears Viewing Village Theme Park Members and new VIP Magic Pass holders* who use their pass for the first time before 30 June 2017 will soon receive a very special opportunity to be amongst the first to see our beautiful baby Polar Bears. What are reasonable prices for theme parks?
What constitutes good value though? unfortunately most Australian consumers have a very skewed/unfair view on the term value. Does $1per litre milk being sold below cost price really represent good value? I think we have fast become a society that expects the world but aren't willing to pay dollar for it.

One day entry to Disneyland, on a regular non-peak day, is just under $150 AUD, or $220 for both Disneyland and California Adventure.

What are reasonable prices for theme parks?
I can personally say that I have spent a lot more money in the parks since the "cheap passes" were introduced. Prior to them I would only visit 1 maybe 2 parks per year, and because I felt the cost of paying there and then I was much more careful with my in park spending. Now with the VIP passes I visit the parks multiple times per year and because you just walk in the turnstiles you don't really feel like you have paid entry and therefor are more likely to spend money in the park. For example when visiting Sea World I have happily paid for a couple of animal adventures, which I would not have done on a single day ticket. Similarly at Movie World recently had international guests visiting and spent the $$ extra to get unlimited Fast-Track, something I would find harder to pay for if I had just paid $80 to enter the gates 5mins earlier.

Wonka products
This to me looks very tacky, anyone that has worked in retail would surely cringe at this. From memory Movie World stocks most of not all of these items, they just don't shove every piece of their inventory on the shop floor. as @Brad2912 said don't confuse volume with range. Why pay $5 for a pack of lollies at a theme park that are half the price at a general retail store? I would rather see the more unique items that Movie World sells anyday.

What's going on with Scooby Doo themeing?
Warner Bros. is working on a computer animated feature movie called S.C.O.O.B to reboot the Scooby-Doo movie franchise and is due for release in 2018, maybe the ride will be reworked to feature characters from this upcoming version?

DC Rivals HyperCoaster construction discussion
They would want to keep them for replanting in their original location later on. I believe it is against council regulations to plant new cocos palms on the Gold Coast as they are considered an invasive species.
