that's pretty much what they are going to do. pouring concrete etc with them arms hanging there would be a nuisance they would get in the way.

now that the arm is on that tower still just doesn't look right... you have these cool looking rusty dilipated arms that fit right in with a doomsday theme...and than you have the tower which looks brand spanking new with bad camo
