I like TV. Where was it mentioned as a thrill ride? I think it is a great addition to WWW. But I don't over like Tailspin. It's not very thrilling at all and DW has too many spinny rides.

^They still only have double tubes for Triple Vortex but 2 people can now ride together. Single riders sit in the front of the 2 person tube. There are no single rider tubes.

Good thing I didn't have a Soggy Bros Pizza. In other news I found Triple Vortex better since the maintenance, I ended up going backwards during one part. The only thing I didn't like about WWW today was the pathways were too hot, they need more shade.

I didn't have any pizza but they do look nice (I'll have to try them on a later visit). I didn't take much note of the pricing but I'm sure I's about $15 for a meal....

Dreamworld update - 17/12/14 New Pizza Outlet Old Pizza Outlet New Coffee Shop The train was closed for maintenance! The Mine Ride continues to decay. Inside the cinema I saw the plans for the cinema including the track layout for our favorite SBNO ride!

It's fun solo. Will be better when 2 people are allowed though.

With Triple Vortex they must be fixing it up so 2 people can ride. Every time I've been at WWW only 1 person was allowed in a 2 person raft.

They could extend the train track if the park expanded.

Even if the house was destroyed they will just rebuild it

Wasn't Big Brother supposed to be filmed in a secret location but then Dreamworld did house tours, revealing the house location?

They'll actually build something we want like an awesome new rollercoaster (I'm not sure but it looked like some land was getting cleared near the log ride - saw on top of Giant Drop) or finally replace the Mine Ride, or do both, but the new ride will open Boxing Day so you'll have to get a new pass if your pass expired December 24.

The slide that goes through the mountain was called Krakatoa's Revenge. Blue Lagoon was Dreamworld's water park from 1983 - 2006. It was included in your entry price but closed a few months before White Water World opened (not included in Dreamworld;s entry price). I had my first job working at the Fat Fish food outlet (now it's falling down). This area is overdue for redevelopments but they most likely need to wait till Big Brother is finally axed for work to be done. 1min in to this video is all about Blue Lagoon. Keep Motorcoaster but give it a better train, theme vintage cars and replace the mine ride.

I noticed in Rivertown they weren't watching the old paddle boat qheue - anyone could have snuck through... In other news I got an email from Dreamworld with a survey. Good to see they are after park improvement ideas, one of the questions asked what you would like to see developed in Dreamworld / Whitewater World. I gave them quite a few great ideas.

I was in the front seat of Cyclone. I guess it was a fun night. Since Gold Rush was blocked from Buzzsaw many people thought Giant Drop was closed which is why it had short queues.

The line for Giant Drop was short due to Gold Rush being blocked off from Buzzsaw many guests didn't know it was open. I only got on Motorcoaster and Tailspin due to the single rider line. At Movie Worlds events there are more unique things to do like Mazes, Shows and Parades that you cannot see during daylight hours. Movie World events usually go 5.30 till 9, Screamworld went 6.30 to 10 so same amount of hours. I'm not used to Dreamworld being so popular. On my last day visits the only long line were Log Ride and Rapid Ride. I went to Screamworld last year and every ride was a walk on the the lazer show was impressive.

Screamworld was just awful. WAY too many people. I coudn't get on Tower Of Terror. I rode Cyclone first. The que area was very dark at the start of the night (the only light came from the exit lights). I was the only one there - "10 people right" I said to the staff member. Thankfully it didn't take too long for some more people to show up. Only rode it once as it is way to rough and no longer an enjoyable coaster (Dreamworld really need a new proper rollercoaster). Giant Drop had a short que, since it was hard to find the entry since you had to go behind the Mine Ride abandoned gold mine? which went by the Thunder River Rapids where for only $2 you can spray invaders* Even through the river has dried up and there is no one to shoot. I also rode Motorcoaster (that ride need a new train and maybe, just maybe it will be as good as Jet Rescue - that harness is the stupidest and most uncomfortable harness ever made, and Tailspin. The lazer show at the end of the night was very underwhelming. It finished before 10pm so I tried TOT again but wasn't allowed as the have to close at 10 due to noise restrictions. (The animals do need some sleep). No more Screamworld for me. Dreamworld just can't organize events as well as Movie World. Ride wise - too many spiny spewee rides, they should rename Dreamworld - Vomitworld.

Pandamonium yesterday I think Belinda lied about it being open. I did ride Claw and WipeOut yesterday, they were fine. In other news the Main Street shops are now decorated for Christmas Dreamworld are doing a Screamworld Christmas event this year. Will it be better than Movie Worlds White Christmas? No, it won't. But at least they try.

I got my ticket. But I got another email today about it after I already brought one. It starts at 6.30 till 10pm. The illuminate laser show is on at 8pm and 9:45pm. The following rides will be operational that night; Buzz Saw, Shockwave, Giant Drop, Motocoaster, Tower of Terror, Cyclone, Wipeout, Tail Spin, MAD Jungle Jam, Gingy's Glider, Escape from Madagascar, Dronkey's Flyers, Shrek's Ogre-Go-Round, Pandamonium, and the Skadoosh Bumper Cars.

Today (Tuesday) Vintage Cars were actually open 12-4, Log Ride and Giant Drop closed at 5, River Rapids 12-4 (caused a long line across the main path).

As far as I know Village Roadshow only have passes that expire June 30. Dreamworld have passes expiring June 30 and Dec 24. Wait till mid year to buy a VIP Pass till June 30, 2016.

I prefer the Thunderbolt. Not only was it my first rollercoaster, it was Australia's longest looping coaster, not your everyday rollercoaster ride.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SloGnarUXYo
