Apparently the 2 new attractions didn't open today. Glad I chose to go on the monday.

Oh thanks Right in the middle of the season. It's Gonna be packed lol. EDIT: On the 22nd, Jamberoo commented on one of their construction photos and said that there was no definite release date. But it is sometime this summer.

Do you know an estimated opening date for the Funnel Web? Because I'm planning on going, but not until it opens. Great photos btw Jamberoo Fan. Loving the colour scheme of the slide too!

Seeing as they have parks in other parts of the world where it snows for half a year. I don't see the climate of Melbourne being an issue. Not even for a water park. But definitely not for an amusement park. I agree, it would be much more successful if you put it in a place far from dense civilisation. In this country that isn't something we don't have. If you built in a populated area, there would be serious restriction problems, just take a look at the Luna Parks (Sydney and Melbourne.)

Seems like I shouldn't just forget this park with the opening of WnW Sydney. If I hadn't seen this post I probably wouldn't have looked at anything to do with Jamberoo again.

Looks like a great addition to the park. I reckon I could get anyone to ride it, basic family ride with some thrill factor so you aren't left dissatisfied. I just wish I could go more often ):

This is gonna be a cool ride nonetheless, the theming at Australian parks is usually great. I haven't been to SW since they refurbished the corkscrew, I didn't have enough time last trip. I need to go more often... screw Jamberoo and Luna Park
