I'm pretty sure someone in f&b told me something along those lines. I've see a "aos deliverys" sign on the back of stars whiles in back of house on a tvc shoot and also seen chefs with Australian Outback Spectacular badges at the mw bus stop before.

Someone here must have mentioned it because anything that is on here is "offical news" I heard somewhere (probably here) its a catering shed witch makes sense because they pre cook all the steaks for Australian Outback Spectacular in stars so this would be a closer location.

I used a selfie stick. A monopod or tripod would work but the selfie stick is easier and doesn't make you as obvious. I noticed they moved the machines around to stop people (well me) from getting close enough but still managed to get the shots

So I'm in the park right now and the arms are no where to be seen. They must be having some issues

I really hope a new show goes in there with the new Villain area. Its a great theatre that hasn't been used properly in years. It does need a new Sound and lighting system though (most of it is still there from Mavericks). I would rather a show than another dark ride

Tonight was way less busy than last week. I arrived at 5:45 and the gravel area (closest to AOS and Wet n Wild) was empty. Did anyone that went notice the driver or the crocodile float jackknifed at he turned into the street. Also the Road blocking issue was fixed. You can turn from both lanes going toward the northbound entrance

I think just spread the stalls out all over the park. Some down towards Scooby and Intensity, Some around the fountain and some down toward Kids WB. That would make the crowd more dispersed over the whole park rather than a majority of guest right in the Plaza/Creole Food Quarter. Also they should open up Ricks just as more seating.

I don't know what they where thinking. They had the exit blocked off at the lights going towards the southbound entrance but u had to merge into one lane to turn at the lights. Yet no body was using the "main" exit (toward hungry jacks and northbound entrance. Took us about half hour longer than it should of.

Wow tonight was so much better. Last week i was extremely disappointed (i think in my mind i had set the bar unrealistically high from the pat 2 years) but tonight, just wow. There was a lot more roving entertainment, less busy (still crowded but was bearable) and overall better management. Only thing I can complain about is traffic control at the end of the night. oh and the Looping of Fireball over and over at the end of the parade. Little things that can be fixed easily. Dami was amazing, can't wait for Samantha Jade. Will defiantly be back next week

Probably a bit too 'new" for this thread but does anyone know of any footage from the Hairspray show at movie world. I assume it was about 2007 (to promote the movie) Already had a search on youtube. Tonight was extremely disappointing. Seemed very last minute. Parade started coming past Scooby and there was still entertainers and people in the street. Same track as last year and the parade must have ran too long because they just kept looping "fireball" over and over. Also way to busy. It seem entertainment is really slipping at Movie World. Fright Nights where amazing then we have that joke called white christmas. I'm really hoping that it turns around and gets better and hopefully less busy. I'm thinking tonight craziness was down to the"bring a friend for free" promotion

And apparently "Industry experts" say the ride should be permanently closed. This shit absolutely makes me furious

They have started their in park "Promo Show" and they have been saying "get your tickets a jointheparty.com.au" but that site isn't live. From what I've hears from staff the first date will be the 16th of April and will be 3 night in April and 3 in May (apparently they are all Saturday nights). Also heard they are doing daytime stuff at all 3 parks this year but only night time at Movie World. Hopefully within the next few days we will hear the offical info

I was thinking it might be at all the parks too. Maybe not a night time event for Wet n' Wild and Sea World but still theme the place and have roving entertainment and food offerings. Found this pic on Instagram from Sea World

I went to the Movie World one (staff invite) Only 4 people showed up including me so I'm pretty visible in the shot haha

I agree with OceanGirl, I actually like HWSW too. I have to admit as tacky as "freestyler" is, it make the ride more enjoyable. Back during late trading I rode it a few times one night and the last time was without the track and it was totally less enjoyable, bust still fun. Just my 2 cents worth As for Brock's garage it's not really my "cup of tea". It seems like it could make a very cool function room with a cool theme but I don't think they would go to all the trouble to remove all the cars just for a function. At least there is a nice big building for a dark ride in the future. According to NearMap its bigger than the main Justice League building at Movie World (Brock's Garage 45m x 40ish (building isn't there yet on near map) and JL is 65m x 20)
