For a ride that seats so many people, and takes so long to check harness and seating, the cycle is way too short.

I actually find this kinda hilarious since QLD only just relaxed the buffet COVID rules allowing buffets again. Also chiming in with everyone else. MW was great today, lots of staff and characters and low ride wait times. Some Nathan dude in a suit was walking around watching all the main street shows then chatting to his staff after them also, and noticed a lot of filming going on, some seemed professional too.

@DaptoFunlandGuy I don't want Arkhams replacement to top Rivals as such, but I think keeping some form of 'gimmick' coaster would be a good idea. Be it a suspended, wing, dive, standing, 4D or something along those lines.

As much as I love this ride, I don't think its a good Arkham replacement

White Water incident, regardless of how it happened literally injured someone and was reported (hyped up) in the news. The GL incident, although way more severe caused 0 injuries and was reported more or less like a normal ride stoppage. The closest you get is this quote: In the media, there is nothing to report on since "nothing" happened.

Just to ruin the hate parade on the program, the GL incident, as bad and horrible as it could have been, it didn't kill or dismember anyone. It's nowhere near as headline and news grabby as actual deaths and permanent injury. VRTP in no way paid to come out as the good guys. A LOT of the general public aren't aware that GL had a major incident, and the regular downtime of the ride kinda helps with that since that time period was just "another downtime".

I really liked this and agree with @joz and happy to join the "MW is best World" bandwagon if need be, but 1 thing is massively glaring in this video is "nothing" has happened at the park since 2017. Rivals doesn't feel that long ago and yeah, its 4th birthday is this year. Just kinda feels weird, and I would say the turn of the decade is likely playing tricks with my mental processing. Aren't Rivals and GL the literal defenition of unique coasters? Rivals being a custom Mack Hyper with rear facing seat and non-inverted loop and a colour no one could agree on. There are no identical copies that exist right? Plus even to this day, whenever I see pic's or videos of Rivals posted online on YT/Reddit ect, people comment saying they can't wait to come to Australia to go on Rivals.

The park will be closing at 6pm for the event correct? And being winter it is dusk from around 4:30 and will be visible from then so I think its fine.

In order, the Batman Adventure (both 1 & 2), The Studio tour (to the Batman sound stage) and Looney Tunes River Ride. Growing up I loved the Batman movies (particularly Batman Forever and Batman & Robin) so the Studio Tour blew my mind, and like any kid Space Jam was the king of all movies. Obviously DC Rivals, Superman Escape and (unpopular opinion) Green Lantern are 1000% better rides in my book but those original 3 made a huge impact on me as a kid, and are my strongest memories.

Once again, some of those are really weird times. JDS for only 8 days, Batwing for 2 months after a major downtime this year and DC Rivals for almost 2 months also. Also bit unrealistic thinking Doomsday will be open for the downtime in Feb.

Jumping on the understanding train also, but my mates house was still powered a previous blackout and he has no battery.
