The woman is stable. There is also video available of immediately after she fell where the ride can still be seen running (and quoting someone else "with music still playing"). It appears it completes 1 full rotation before then slowing down. I don't know much about the ride but it does take a while for the arms on the the ride to stop.

I actually had no idea that you could set alerts for Nearmap so thats pretty cool to know. Thanks.

Jet Rescue delayed again until December 5th Storm Coaster added for 4 days of closure, possibly related?

To be clear I wasn't implying they were bad. Like was said by others, incorporate well and things are good. I personally like the ones at MovieWorld, particularly the multiplayer ones where there is always a winner. I find there is a lot of buzz around those when the games are going. People just love competition. Movieworlds problem is down that end of the park, apart from WWF there isn't a whole lot to do so foot traffic is limited. They need an entrance to a major ride down there, possibly using that grassed area BOH behind the showcase / near Arkham (unless its marked for a dueling coaster coming 2023 *fingers crossed*).

Yeah I was pretty sure there was a chain discussion. Stairs are to improve guest evac conditions to make it safer / easier. I guess the semi frequent ride stops have made them re-think the design? Also asked about Arkham and he wasn't aware of it scheduled to be removed but was aware 1 other ride on the VRTP is to be removed. He said there is a slight chance that it may operate again but was unlikely.

Easier to blame a nationally known organisation than to blame a travelling ride where the operators aren't known by the general public.

Not sure if this has been mentioned but I was told today at guest services they are waiting on a new chain and replacement lift Hill stairs, coming from Europe causing the delays and no "open date".

Transport at these VRTP parks isn't required until a hotel exists on site, assuming the hotel will be behind the existing carpark (and hopefully includes a parking structure so MW can reclaim some of the carpark for expansion). I would love to see MW expand past WWF, which would require moving / working the water holding dam into the plans, but also I don't know how much the studio would like having the park and guests encroach on their open air set area...

I wasn't aware of this until now. We have 0 plans to go but would have bought 1 each for our family if there were any left.

VRTP sent out a survey not too long ago about the One Pass and asking about how long we want our pass for, is it good value, would we want longer options, what deals and discounts should be included ect...

I imagine the station will be themed to a 90's Surf Life Saving Clubs tavern interior. Not deliberately, it will just end up looking like that.

I think TRR had a massive flow on effect to Aussie World for sure. SX360 still isn't open or even an ETA being given. Their future expansions such as replacement wild mouse are also up in the air.

Also, every other future works will need the same level of detail increasing future costs.

Or Merlin, although they mostly bought their parks and in terms of theme parks are 90% legoland.
