I'm finding it hard to believe how they are going to make this backend area nice... this footpath looks very narrow too? other than that though lanscaping for the coaster is looking fab!

I know theres obvious reasons behind one train operations during the school period, however I find that visiting on weekends is often worse than in the holidays because of the crowds and one train operations. Ended up waiting 50mins for rivals on Saturday with one train... just my opinion that they should run two trains on weekends too, but yes I do understand logistics behind it

Sorry if this had already been mentioned, but I know we’ve been a bit sceptical of the opening of vortex right now, but when I went to wet n wild today I noticed on the big screen they had an ad for the new ride. It stated “opening Summer 2020” once again so surely it must be done by February? I hope aha

i gotta say, I am actually quite excited for my next visit to WWW now... It seems Dreamworld are really caring for their parks more recently and this is proved with the opening of the new slides and repainting of everything. Looks like a brand new park! WWW > WNW in my opinion now... and i never thought i'd say that.

Oh very true, I was just thinking of single tube or mat slides... didn’t consider using a 2 or 3 person tube for one person ... my mistake

just looks a bit odd compared to the others without the barriers... No doubt all slides should be fun especially considering the lack of singular person rides at White water world currently

On the dreampix website you are able to select the photo and choose different borders as well There is a generic dreamworldone which doesnt cover any heads, and I just cropped it to fit inside!

Yeah totally agree! The ride system is very weird how they have to buckle the belts! Also not loading people into the preshow room while the attraction is going ruins capacity, as well as being way understaffed. They definitely need at least 2 people on each level to do restraints.

True, the park was dead on Saturday and even Sunday was slightly busy but not bad at all. I’m just glad they have fixed that hole in their lineup now and the fact that they have now announced TOT’s closure, a new launch coaster is something exciting to look forward to. idk how the public would react if they added the coaster first and then removed tower of terror, then announced a family ride, if you know what I’m saying...

Yesterday when riding we overshot the station actually. Had to roll us backwards and then control the train back into the station to “park” it they said. They were definitely trying to get as many trains through as possible. just glad we got this picture for our last ride on it 🙏🏼

Dreamworld needed a quality family attraction anyone can enjoy sooner than a new roller coaster.... only decent family ride I can think of other than SV is maybe shockwave or vintage cars from my memory...

Yes when I went yesterday TOT was open until I left at around 2pm. Not sure about after, but it didn't have any breakdowns throughout the time I was there.

It's an intamin and it's been going since 2005. They aren't too reliable when they get to a certain age with their launches, hence, TOT.
