Well I think they may have contracted a company/company's (I don't know about that) to work up a design and then they pick which fits best? Remember it's opening in September so that might be time enough. Although I'm not an expert on this

It's best not to say who my source is, and I am not saying this to blabber that I know something you don't and I'm not saying this is 100% correct. But a friend of mine lives with someone who is involved with Dreamworld (its all I'm willing to say) and they have seen 5 proposed plans for the major thrill ride and all of them includes inversions. Also one of them has a very familiar Euro-Fighter first drop look to it. I don't mean to say this to blabber and show off please don't take it that way, but I have only just received confirmation that I can share this. Then again those are only 5 proposed plans from January so they could be taken with a grain of salt...

Guys, I think we can expect to see something a little different this year for Dreamworld too... I think we could expect to see a walkthrough type maze or an attraction along those lines.
-
I'm thinking a Vekoma version of scream... Woo parking lot coaster!
-
Ohh right, woops Well I haven't seen the fences myself, my friend went and told me. I think you'd have to ask someone else that's actually seen them, but I can imagine the fencing would just be where public access would be to that highlighted area...?
-
Correct me If i'm wrong, but this is the supposed area for the September attraction...
-
That actually looks pretty neat, I think the gap under the Hollywood Stunt Driver Screen to the ground is a bit too small though? Nevertheless thanks for the update, it's good to see visual confirmation that this is still in the works

I bet someone from overseas wanting to come to Dreamworld is now thinking (excuse the French) "What the fuck are these guys thinking? Building a wild mouse FOR THEMING!?"
-
I don't want to sound rude, but where did you hear this from? Or is this info still 'rumours'? The fencing off of the carpark/bus stop area has already happened earlier this week I think... And what type of coaster is it supposed to be? I don't think anyone will really get that angry if you're wrong!
-
Guys it'd be nice to have an update or atleast some screenshots of whats happening...
-
With those time constraints I think anything with decent theming would be the major thrill ride in September, I can't see them whipping up a family thrill ride + extensive theming in time for June/July holidays. I hope I'm wrong! Can't wait for the BIG 7!

Just saw this today on the Zendorphin Facebook page, the photo was taken just this week. (All credit goes to Chris Mason) It looks like the boats are LTRR boats, but would these be spare/old boats or do you think they have been taken off the ride? I think they have removed them from the ride and are hopefully starting construction on something new, or at least doing something towards the attraction thats rumoured to replace it. What do you think?

Good idea joz. For those of you who are yet to see, finally a POV of Jet Rescue!

Ask and you shall receive!!!!! ^Oh my god, so glad that they took a video!!!

Superman Escape POV filmed by TPR!

Sometimes when I press View New Content, it just goes to the main Parkz Forumz menu instead of the page containing all the new posts. It's nothing major, I just have to click it again. I just thought I'd let you know.

I love TPR and I am a massive fan, so happy they are coming to Australia! I've been waiting to see what they think of the Aussie parks since the tour was announced

Hey Kenny, nice to see you posting here! To be honest at the moment there isn't too much to see, but from what you guys at Dreamworld have shown us, the theming is looking great. I for one think that's going to be really key this year for your new exhibits and "attractions". I'll be very excited to come check this out when it's finished, the main thing for me will be the theming though. I think if this has a good layout (at the moment its right on key!) coupled with good theming for what's to come (for the new attractions too) I would be more than pleased Keep up the good work!

...with an announcement October-November-ish Bloody Dreamworld! But seriously, Would they start construction and then announce it or announce something beforehand?
-
Wazza1 I love Paris, I lived there as a kid for a year when I was 4 but I can't remember much sadly Just to say, if you're going in June I would definately also go to Park Asterix, they are starting construction on a B&M inverterted for this year I think so if you're lucky you might get to ride it in its first season!

So is this anything going to happen concerning these two rides....ever?
-
I kind of knew I had got that wrong, but I wasn't really sure... Thanks for picking up on that! Hahaha

Hey mate I've been a couple of times, seeming as it's Disneyland the park will be quite packed. My suggestion is to definitely get a flash pass for Space Mountain, Indiana Jones etc. All the major coasters, because the lines can get pretty big. I definitely think you should go to Space Mountain first up, and then head over to Big Thunder Mountain. From there on it's up to you either Pirates of the Caribbean or Indiana Jones. For me it helped to get all of the coasters out of the way early, so then there is no need to be worried about sitting in a line for an hour or two. One thing to keep in mind, Disneyland is AMAZING, it is simply huge too. Yes maybe not Cedar Point huge, but if need be and if you have the time feel free to take two days to spend there. It will be well worth your time, as that's the best way to experience everything. I know the Disneyland hotel is quite pricey, but if you can afford it I recommend staying two days just so you could have the full experience. Nevertheless I hope you have a great time there, Disneyland is amazing I hope this helps!
