Im pretty sure they were already in there when the ride opened because it made me wonder why they didn’t put a big crystal on the top of the building. It would add to the storyline imo so I’m glad they are adding it. Can’t wait to see what else is coming

This hurts my soul so much to look at 😭 they have done such an incredible job with the area and then there’s the TOT building sticking out like a sore thumb. My suggestion if they are planning to keep it is paint it the go away green and put lots of trees in-front of it to try hide it better. Or just rip it down all together for more space.

As some wise people on here have once said before, just wait until the final result. There might be vines / something covering it to make it look more temple like. It’s not from the front anyway. At least it’s not a plain white shed… but in saying that, even with Levi being a plain white shed, it has been labeled as one of the best themed stations in the world so…

THIS! 🙌🏼 exactly why I haven’t renewed my pass. Couldn’t agree more. So here’s my 2 cents… that no one asked for 😂 I’m a GC local and always have both VRTP and DW / WWW yearly passes, however around September last year when the time came around to renewing, I couldn’t justify renewing my VRTP pass for a few reasons. Number one reason, price. I think $220 at the time was a bit extreme. With the recent GC deal over the holidays, I was considering getting it but I still don’t think it's worth it in the state the parks are currently in. I honestly found myself riding Levi at Sea World a lot of the time, compared to being at MW… which is saying something. VRTP needs to pull their finger out and put some TLC into their parks. That goes for repainting the slides at W&W 🫣🤢. I feel the magic and atmosphere is declining there (MW in particular) and it’s not the same as it used to be. There’s no sense of urgency, and that applies to a lot of things. Sounds like a lot of people on here feel the same way. It was also a big mistake to remove virtual queue. It made a lot more out of your day for what it was which also pulled me into going a lot more. I know some others on here have said similar so I won’t go into it. Maybe I’m biased for Dreamworld and always will be 🤷🏻‍♂️ but for the state and how things have been operating at VRTP…. Meh. I’ll give it until WOW, Scooby & Flash to open up and maybe reconsider. I’ve had a VRTP pass for roughly at least the past 15 years, but I got too annoyed with leaving feeling unsatisfied for the past few years and it’s just getting worse.

This land looks kinda familiar 😂🧐 + DWF 😂. I think this is what MW should have done. Meaning they should have gone with a more thrilling option for the suspended coaster rather than doing the exact model as TNT.

What are our thoughts before the train is added? New seats / train? Or just the old one? I’m staying optimistic, but judging from what we have seen, I think we will unfortunately get the old flame surfboard.

I was thinking this may be a possibility, but I hope not. To me it would kind of seem a waste to put it where there’s already a headchopper moment following it 2 seconds later. I could see the snake being put on the top of the tunnel, but it would seem a waste to put that other ring right before the tunnel? It would defeat the point of them adding another headchopper moment (if that’s what they are going for which is what it looks like) where it could be a lot more effective in a different position which is what I’m hoping for. My guess would be at the end of the launch run just before it goes vertical, similar to what blue fire has. I’m keen to see what happens and where it goes!

My memory is shocking, but there was no trim break on the first hill originally, then it was added at some point, I think right before it first opened? Would that have any effect? In terms of original building plans to then being potentially tweaked to add the break and as a result goes slower than originally planned? 🤔

I’m maybe thinking the 18th of December. “Borders are open and so is the all new roller coaster at Dreamworld, Steel Taipan”. Sounds like it would work well for advertising. It would be a smart move imo if DW were to open ST just before the borders open so that are able to promote it in that way.

Buzzsaw closing has kinda got me in my feels. Buzzsaw will always have a different meaning to me. I was the first person on along side my sister, winning a video film contest back in the day. A group of us who won got to be the very first on the ride which was an awesome night! The night started with a few rides on Buzzsaw, we then had a few hours to do whatever during screamworld. We then watched paranormal activity in the cinema, had a scare tour of the park, with scare actors throughout the park. We then did The A.V.P.X but it was a scare maze instead (before it turned into Kevil Hill) Then we got to stay the night! 😂🤪🎡🎢🛌. A once in a lifetime experience that blew my 13 year old mind. I was honestly super scared the entire night 😂. Mind you, at the time you had to be 15 to enter the competition 😂🤷🏻‍♂️ - anyway that’s my 2 cents on Buzzsaw. I’ll be sad that it’ll be going 💔🎢 Almost 10 years ago in September lol 😳😂
