Genuine question - why don't they just staff the rides they are running better.. have two people a side checking trains etc etc?

They clearly don't care about dispatch times - so that's not a reason for them not to do it.

Instagram post on the 5th of July, 2023 (300 days ago) teased "The Flash: Speed Force! Coming April 2024".. It's the first of May tomorrow... and we don't have a opening date.

Seaworld in San Diego on their Sky Rocket II have a tray that they run down the train before securing it - for people to put phones, unstrapped glasses etc in. They put it at the exit and retrieve it once everyone has grabbed their stuff - rinse and repeat. That's all superman needs - it's free (bar the cost of the tray) - won't reduce load times (MW are good enough at doing that already) and you have a happier GP.

Is there something forcing them to open 364 days a year? It serves no purpose right now - guests are outraged, staff don't give a fuck about anything and even food places close at 2pm!

I find the launch on ST boring. Hopefully the sheer speed of TT2 makes it less like ST.

You're missing the point - blaming guest behaviour for having most of the rides closed all day (when it's actually due to maintenance) is wild. I've also personally never witnessed a ride stop due to guest behaviour.

They're now gaslighting guests by gaslighting other guests!

Why can’t they just comp backwards rides on rivals .. if it’s open? Doesn’t cost them a cent and they’re already heaps up from not having staff to operate the closed rides. Free value add.

Can't get a ride stoppage if you don't open the rides!

If no roller coasters are opened - everyone should be offered a return for free pass at the gate. No questions asked. It’s embarrassing - I can’t recommend anyone go there. You either go in peak school holiday season when you’re lucky to get on 4 rides during their piss weak operating hours - or go during the off season when it’s not even possible to line up for a ride. Pathetic. Heaps of parks (even Disney) offer to return for free if the rides are closed due to circumstances they can’t control (weather) - Movie World are in complete control of their maintenance schedule and they still choose to charge full price.

I'm not sure if this is real but they're now saying there's no expected opening date on google review replies "Regrettably we can confirm that the Scooby Doo Spooky Coaster has been closed for some time now. I think it’s important to note that the same doors you entered open to a completely different area Shame about B mode tho - the guns haven’t been working for years apparently and they really add to the scene
