  1. Because it had to be an enemy that wasn't a human, but still fitted into the DC universe.
  2. Stop writing defiantly. Defiantly means defying someone on purpose. Eg: "The protestor defiantly stood in front of the logging truck".
  3. Or perhaps a variant of the foodloop restaurant at Europa Park:
  4. On the other hand, I'd prefer late nights with no movies, but lots of slides.
  5. Not sure why you'd ruin everyone's fun by closing the slides to reduce running costs at those times. Some people watched the movies at night, some people enjoyed riding the slides at night. I personally have done both.
  6. Sigh, saying that "clones are boring" is one of those stupid enthusiast cliches. If you were someone who had done heaps of theme park trips and had encountered a particular coaster type a lot of times, yeah you might get sick of them. Let me guess, everything at our waterparks are boring clones, after all how many of each water slide model exists worldwide? Tell me more about all the SLCs you have ridden...
  7. What makes the layout of an SLC boring, out of interest?
  8. Here's one of the splashdown. Nice to see the final drop of Terror Canyon lives on in a way:
  9. So where are those pictures you took?
  10. I think he just got the words confused.
  11. Open the png in paint, go to save as, pick JPEG as the file format from the dropdown menu, problem? File conversion, how does it work?
  12. I do find it kind of odd the park will have a Boomerango ( see 1:09 ) and a Tornado Wave (see 1:23) From 1:05 to 1:14 you can see an overview of the quad master blaster. Edit: Hey, might as well just do the full breakdown of everything seen so far: 0:23 Double Wave Pool, Double Skycoaster 0:26 Dark Tornado , Tantrum Alley, Tornado Wave. 0:44 Kidz Tantrum, Kidz Racer, Various Childrens Slides 0:58 Kraken Octopus Racer, Aqualoops 1:06 Quad Master Blaster, Family Rattler, Boomerango, Raft Slides 1:11 Flowrider 1:16 Constrictor (Dark Green, on right) 1:18 Lazy River 1:20 Bowling Alley, two cloverleaf slides Hmm, the only thing I cant seem to find at the moment (That I would have expected) is a Rainfortress type play structure....At 0:50 you can see a standalone tipping bucket out in one of the pools, but nothing like what Whitewater World/Adventure World/Bucaneer Bay have.
  13. I think AlexB is pretty much spot on, a late access charge is OK...That's what they had a universal for overstaying the limit too, to prevent them being used as all day lockers. But at the same time a common sense leeway period is a good idea.
  14. LIES!!!!!
  15. How far were you over by?
  16. No you don't, just walk around the side like everyone else.
  17. ^Theme parks overseas combine scanning your pass with biometrics, but I don't really see the speed advantage of that really.
  18. You can see the master blasters top right in this image: http://images.ninemsn.com.au/resizer.aspx?url=http://news.ninemsn.com.au/img/2012/world/0909_wetnwild_9.jpg&width=310
  19. -I think prices could go up.... Id pay say $200 or so. They can have a cheaper one, but it should be blacked out in peak periods.
  20. Well, you know, all those water parks in Mozambique, Bolivia, Lesotho, Chile etc all put up some tough competition that is a big achievement to beat
  21. Seems to be just a copy and paste adaptation from an industry article on the attraction. It was posted earlier in the thread, but it's correct information.
  22. Why not just leave that question unticked? It's the same thing really.
  23. Asymmetrical building designs are pretty common, and text/signage on buildings certainly isn't always in the middle.
