As Pauline Hanson-esque as this sounds - apart from sending them all back to the country we know they all came from, nothing will stop these people and their antisocial behaviour. Police are scared ****less of them so what other options are there ?

similar story here, moved up here to get away from those morons in Sydney and haven't had a problem since, not that I ever had any real incidents in Sydney but they were close enough to home to make me get the hell away from there. I lived n Auburn/Lidcombe but I know when to keep my mouth shut and when nto to make eye contact with certain people. Because just looking at someone for 0.01 of a second is enough reason (in these idiots mind's) to get you bashed half to death down there... Not Fun. and it is funny how the Gold Coast locals think it is SO bad up here LOL Unless you have a mouth on you and/or are looking for a trouble you shouldn't have any problems whatsoever up here

well I can say the food at Sunway Lagoon in Malaysia is your average theme park crap food. I did get the staff discount which was something like 40% off which made it acceptable but it was still just trash ... I was so happy when I managed to get that discount from a friend who works there, Finally I got some sort of revenge on the bastards LOL as small and minute as it was - it felt good haha !

I get back to AUS on the 26th april so just in time to see the last show or two as well not like what happened with bloody wonderland... I was overseas for almost 7 years , arrived back on April 28 2004 only to find out the bastards had closed Wonderland 2 days ago AGHHH I regretted it for ages but having read alot about the Sunway decline that occurred I am sort of glad I didn't go and see it in taht sad state - and keep it in memory as the great park it always used to be. anyway thanks for clearing up that harry pothead train thing, at least I know what it is now but still - it is such a useless thing !!

I couldn't remember for sure.. I thought it did it now and then but this happens EVERY single time it hits the wheels... maybe because there were hardly any people around making noise it was much more noticeable.. At Wonderland it was always busy and noisy most of the time so I guess that covered it to some extent. and 2 days later my chest still hurts LOL thats riding atht thing all day will do to ya ! those damn pull down harnesses just kill you...

I have never bought food from MW, what with KFC, MCdonalds, Eagle boys and many other food places right across the road, why pay for MW food ?

can anyone PLEASE explain what the hell that stupid old train is supposed to be/do ? Is it from some show/movie ? If so, some sort of sign would help in identifying it to everyone cuz I have no bloody clue what that damn thing is supposed to be.

I was sure Movieworld used to have a this type of tour but loads of people convince me otherwise that they never had one and I must be thinking of an american park... so they did have one right ? Wish they would bring it back and update it somewhat

Well i did it went to Sunway Lagoon yesterday, entry was only about $15, bargain really to ride the pirate ship once more. Even though i was loathe to give any mroe money to Sunway, it had to be done ! The place was virtually empty as it was a Monday and I went on it probably around 25 times all day in between other rides, and I have the sore chest to prove it LOL It seems just the same though it nees a bit of a tuneup, the wheels screech everytime the ship hits them as they are either running too fast or too slow and it got annoying after a while, I went to guest services and told them to fix it, the guy I was talking to was only about 20 and I said i was riding this ship before you were born hahaha so who knows if they will listen, but from the few staff I talked to there Sunway are up to their old tricks and cutting back wherever possible to save a penny, Bounty's (sorry) 'Pirate's Revenge' doesn't even have its own sign, yet most other rides in the park have these huge entrances and the old pirate ship just has a crappy little sign .... I took probably 20+ pictures which I will post up in a few weeks when I get home. I didn't notice any other other Wonderland relics and I was looking everywhere for them... so there !

Having worked in Auburn for 3 years and only got out of there recently to sunny QLD- I also can guarantee what sort of person did this, race specific even. But we don't need to go there. That's one (major) reason I left Sydney, Sydney has been ruined by these morons and its only a matter of time before the rest of this country gets assaulted by them.

its way smoother in the front as you can see exactly where you are going and prepare for the corners that cause so much earbashing...

it was closed down today wednesday 26th march no reason was given but there was one cable which had come away from the tower and was hanging loose and the actual seat section was about 5 metres in the air.

went on LW yesterday, at least 15 times, about 10 were in the front seat and all is well it was so quiet yesterday around midday, stayed on about half of those, had to walk around the (non-existent) queue the other half ....

with the A$ almost equal to the US$ there seems to be no incentive at all for them to shoot this down under now. The only reason in the past was the exchange rate of the A$ made it alot cheaper than shooting in the US$ but now the exchange rate is crap so why would they bother ?

the lights are back on in the final room after at least 2-3 months of being in the dark .....

I will be revisiting Bounty's Revenge next month, I will be sure to take loads of pics to show everyone how it is these days

yeah it was supposed to be back open on the 18th but it was still closed at 2pm wen I left...

I was there last Monday and it is still as rough as ever and they only had one train running and the staff seemed especially slow in getting people on and off the ride.. maybe they were training or something ?

you can not wear any type of glasses on SE, I have to take them off everytime

well that will put me off buying an annual pass then that was one of my favourite rides in the whole park !!

I really like the spooky coaster but you really have to get on it first thing in the morning and you should get at least 3 or 4 fast rides before the line gets over about 10- 15 minutes , other times in the day it seems to always be at least 30-45 minutes ! I never saw it WITH fog and mist so I have only seen all the lasers..

Not sure on the best day but SUnday has been good for me ... But the more important factor is the best time of day for certain rides
