What if they are tanks for FarmStay?

DC Rivals HyperCoaster construction discussion
Some things placed inside the compound might not be for the Coaster. One thing for sure is Mack don't make corrugated steel tanks. It is not uncommon for the purpose of fighting fires that a company is required to store a certain amount of water on site.

Topgolf Gold Coast Construction
I’m starting to see applications to build the cabins inside of Paradise Country. I don't know the timeline and when the work will begin but it’s good to know Village are still working on it. I’ve attached a couple of pictures, for anybody who doesn’t remember the cabins I’m talking about but if it all goes ahead they will be built up on the side of the hill behind the parks.

@Gazza What are you on about? When did I say it was a issue? I said what stops it? An answer might be - Nothing, the wheels are allowed to bump the platform. The wheels don't turn that far. When weight is placed on the maintenance wheels it locks the wheel assembly. It may look like it in the photo but it isn’t that close to the platform. Could it be I'm talking on a theme park site and I'm interested to know how this coaster works?

I only say this because by the look of this photo if it did rotate the wheel would hit the platform. Enterprise train. Wheels rotate and has same wheels to remove train from track.

Paradise Country Review
Good review @Reanimated35 I have a few questions. Are you able to ride the old trains from MW backlot tour from the car park up too Paradise Country? Can you see the camping area from within Paradise Country? Do they have any nocturnal animals on display that you cannot see because it is daytime? Is the goat the source of your inside information?

Movie World Hypercoaster - colour, theme and announcement speculation
I think we are focusing too much on a single character and getting caught up with what has happened before. Just like "it’s good to be bad", the ride could be more of an idea. Examples of this is it might be a battle between good and evil. It might be one character vs another character or it might be two of the same characters like “Batman & Robin”

@Reanimated35 That's what all owners of MDMC say but us real man know different.

@Ryande16 This might be a question for somebody else. I believe the length I grabbed off the station plans is actual and I hope RCDB is because I am using that length to compare too. If it’s as the crow flies, @Reanimated35 is in a lot of trouble.

That's cool @Richard I wonder how they stop the wheel assembly from rotating or moving around once they have come off the track? I have been doing the calculations and I am willing to put @Reanimated35 reputation on it. Movie World’s new coaster is 1370 metres or 4494.7 feet. Lewa Hyper coaster is 1272.99 metres or 4176.5 feet. By my calculations, the coaster at MW will be 97.01m longer then Lewa. For @Reanimated35 reputation I hope I’m right.

I wonder if the fat lady hasn't sung for the templates located in the first compound. Only time will tell. On a side note the plans I have posted are from the station plans and are nothing new. When I started seeing the numbering on the supports it reminded me I had seen the same numbers on the plans.

It will only be in a couple of locations this would happen @themagician.

It's not going to be an exact science because some are grouped to one pad. Switch track has many supports with just 1 label. I have marked K001 in red on the nearmap image and it goes clockwise. The supports and footings for the maintenance bay will be marked M. I don't know how old that image is but it does not show the M footings.

For people trying to put the pieces together this might help you to locate the pieces on track. The centre support in the loading station is support number 1 labeled K001 (The track count and support count both start from the middle of the station. The last footing is support is K193 The track and support count goes clockwise. The same direction the ride will run. The current supports on site are around: K073 Also the K supports are not for the maintenance bay. If you are trying to work out the track location you will have to do the math yourself but my thinking is each container is 12m long so each track section is between 10m - 12m approx. Don't forget to add to the track required each time the track goes up or down. To go with the track info in green/blue you can see the centre of the track start on 0m and ends on 1365m the support before. I don't know if this it the track length or the length on ground.

GC Wake Park - Mar 2017 flood
- DC Rivals HyperCoaster construction discussion
@Theme Park Girl & @themagician Don't forget how narrow the site is from the first drop. I expect the crane to be located on the road when this track is lifted into place. This might be the new entrance for the next 6 months or they might open and close the new entry as needed. If it was me I would shut down the road the whole time. This might be the location the crane will be driving in and out so you don't have guest and workers close to each other at the front of the park. (I added this bit to keep the guessing going) @themagician I don't know what has happened to my big crane that was on site during the week. It was parked halfway along the coaster between the footings. Maybe they wanted to make sure they could move it in around the site. At the moment I am happy not to call the earlier track part of a loop. If we come across track with a deep spine and no connection points to supports that would indicate the top of a loop.- DC Rivals HyperCoaster construction discussion
I did mention the turn around but I believe the dia of the track looks to tight for the bottom of the first drop. Most of the tack numbering looks like all this track will be close together at least. @Richard Where do you think track 1 would start? My guess would be as it leaves the station but that would only be a guess.- DC Rivals HyperCoaster construction discussion
Mack track with with extra depth to the spine. LOOP? On the Lewa Hyper I only spot this spine on the loop and the where the coaster turns back. Whatever it is it's a high force section.- DC Rivals HyperCoaster construction discussion

I'm about to go away for work and won't be able to do an update for a while. I know @djrappa will be the most upset with this news so I dedicate this mini update to him. Loads of work happening on site today, all getting ready to go upwards. The gutter that was cut last week has now been removed. Roadbase being placed down so the cranes can drive around the coaster area. (I think that would be the reason) A new larger crane has now arrived and sits inside the coaster area ready to go to work.- Movie World Hypercoaster - colour, theme and announcement speculation
You didn't.- Movie World Hypercoaster - colour, theme and announcement speculation
@mission When I have mentioned a delay. @djrappa has said everything is ok. So it's ok.- Movie World Hypercoaster - colour, theme and announcement speculation
If your name is Meg, this is your answer. Hi Meg, thanks for your enquiry. At this stage we don't have any updates on the new coaster, look out for the announcement on our Facebook page and website soon! - Alaisdair from Warner Bros. Movie World - DC Rivals HyperCoaster construction discussion
