Which one is it?

It's a walk through near the kangaroo yard

Wonderful news. Thanks for sharing. Dreamworld really kicking some goals lately and their post-christmas holiday line up looks great too! Shame GD still down

For those that have managed a ride, how relaxed are the restraints on a scale of size from scooby to sky voyager?

A YouTuber I follow is PammiePlusParks https://youtube.com/@PammiePlusParks A great resource for plus size people visiting florida

Ooft not a good look for seaworld! They've really funked this up. What should have been a celebration has turned into a really bad publicity failure. Vrtp definitely slipping a lot lately 😕

At the moment it's a very expensive walk through exhibit. Great theming... what's the wooden part for? 😂 Meh. Could have and should have soft opened to help avoid this mess. Good thing I've got the blog to keep me updated 🤣 https://themeparks.com.au/blog/leviathan-construction Whoever is steering the marketing ship needs a refresh

Comparing Rise of the Resistance (arguably the most advanced technical ride in the world) with a gravity woodie... train go up hill, train go down hill... is a stretch 🤣 Not surprised operation are terrible.. this is village we are talking about here

Quite clearly should have had a soft opening 🤷 expectations are that it is open. Maybe if they'd done a soft open the last few days they could have worked out the kinks. Hasn't been enough for me to renew my pass yet. Might wait till after the holidays and go for free to see if it's worth the effort. Looks good though from the pictures and videos. To bad it's not operating at it's potential yet but congrats to the lucky ones who have braved the crowds and been lucky to ride the world's most iconic woodie 😅 (marketing bs always makes me giggle regardless of park)

Couldn't find a place to share this but.... Today at movieworld it was BUSY AF. +1hour waits for most rides. The park is looking great.. the atmosphere is wonderful. Really solid day out today. Ggs MW

Saying he wanted to work in the mines.... i.e. six figure salary... that he now claims he can't make... he's definitely going for loss of future income.

This all looks fantastic and can't wait to see it all in person!

Let's move on... I think the reason this hasn't been shared here yet is cause it really dosnt scream theme park. More interactive walk through exhibit 🙄. A daily mail article about the og https://www.dailymail.co.uk/travel/travel_news/article-7613737/Monopoly-Dreams-Hong-Kongs-new-Monopoly-themed-attraction-open.html Also some reviews https://au.trip.com/travel-guide/attraction/hong-kong/monopoly-dream-71570444/ This company did announce an Australian venue back before covid according to their YouTube. Interesting to see how this translates to an Australian audience.

Ummm... You want them to credit the Facebook page that shared a link to an article that is three months old? 😂 That FB page didn't create that material.. and is three months late to the party... Perhaps they should rename themselves to "lost links to news story's about things seemingly similar to theme parks but not actually"

Agree.. every year we expect more/better... But every year it's the same or less. As long as GP keep buying the tickets, MW has no reason to improve it. GP speaking with their wallets and accepting current vibe.

Interested to hear how your day pans out

🤣 omfg.. is it school holidays or something. Dean Dean Dean..... You talk a lot of shit man

Argh so many assumptions in this thread it's kinda puke. We don't know why it didn't make the full circuit. We don't know why it's still there. We don't know what the rescue plan is. We don't know what emails have been sent or calls have been made. I am critical of Movieworld as i hold it to a higher standard but gesus goddamn this is a largely unforeseeable and almost unheard of valley in Australia that Movieworld cannot and shouldn't be getting heat for. It sucks it's taken this long to fix for sure - but if you don't think they arnt pulling teeth trying to fix it then you are foolish.

That shed is going to be a sweltering hot box in summer... Bring your antiperspirant boys

"This Asset was operational to December 2019 but has not been used commercially since that time. Machine is still in operational condition LOCATION: Kingston, QLD" Looks like it maybe? Dunno mate

I may be misreading this.. but you do realise all rides are run empty every day prior to park opening right?

I would have felt sick to realising that my own actions may have caused the injury to my child. Perhaps the guilt you felt at allowing your child to climb all over something that was not a playground caused you to feel unwell. Just a thought.
