Park Addict 93

It appears to have very recently had a paint job, don’t think it’s going anywhere anytime soon.

Happy to report it appears the era of laminate paper passes being issued appears to be over. Mega/Super/VIP are all being issued on this plastic card stock now, One Pass has its own. If like me you can’t wait until your pass expires to get a new one replacement is $5

More than just a UI update, they have moved over to the accesso Platform as previously announced.

They have also demolished the cave/waterfall near Billabong restaurant in the last few days,

Dreamworld Annual passes have been at that price point for a few years, the cheaper season passes (currently until December 24 2018) are still at $99 and cheaper through RACQ/Entertainment Book ect.

Not entirely new, but yes a great initiative. Got this one during FN 2016

WBW Abu Dhabi has recently launched a new website with some concept art for the new park, the bus stop signs look familiar!

Was open today

While it has not been publicised yet and it still appears to be a work in progress, the website has been updated with some details for 2018. Dates - January 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 20th, 21st. Pricing - $30 Adults, $20 Kids Looking forward to seeing this and have high exceptions, hopefully they take all the feedback from last year onboard and some better food options are also on offer.

Here they are ($10 more at the gate as per the above photo). I think $139 for a year with 2 night events is still good value, it was $119 without them previously for a 12month pass although obviously not restricted to QLD/Northern NSW Residents. VIP Passes are for sale again too, at $189.

Nice big billboard for VRTP, at a major intersection... If only it was it wasn’t advertising a product that hasn’t been sold on themeparks.com.au for months.

I was “stuck” on Giant Drop facing the ocean on 25/10/17. Was a little more than 10mins until we dropped (like normal) preceded by a speaker announcement that it was about to drop and to keep your head back. Staff apologised for the inconvenience and gave out bottled water.

It is extremely disappointing seeing that POV, especially considering it was sent with the press release and used across national news media. Seems like MW are more happy to put out substandard product then work with someone with an opinion. I feel it gives the impression that it is rough like Arkham.

Try entering your membership SPID, members were sent an email with the link. My current VIP pass works too, although have not received the email.

Premier and Elite memberships are now "sold out" with a new Adventure Membership on sale. Basically the same as Premier without a fright night entry.

Mishka will be on public display from tomorrow For those eligible/interested the "First Access" tours can also now be booked. https://themeparks.com.au/box-office/sea-world/polar-bear-experience.aspx

Ultimate Terror starts at $150 and goes up to $180 for the 28th. Does not mention access to the cast briefing at the start of the night, hopefully it is still included. Was surprised to see the season pass available immediately, and at $80. Already purchased mine.

Fast Track is now avalible to purchase through ThemeParks.com.au, interestingly mentions DC Rivals (along with Arkham and Batwing) as it being not avalible.

The website was indeed showing that yesterday in the main page and the correct prices when you hit select .

Just received the latest passholder email, lions it is!
