Park Addict 93

It certainly should , Movie World are not immune either (themeing instead of theming)

A few photos from today, the building that previously housed the simulators is now completely gutted

^ I broke the trend and posted my own photo

Asylum is under Arkham in that picture, also in the ride logo Shock Therapy is certainly written

It will be out soon but it is pretty much the one in the middle of the train in the mockups

Green Lantern was summer, Lethal was originally planned to be "under maintenance" until April 1, however this has since changed to "Early April". Considering when havent seen testing nor have staff been trained it will not open April 1st.

I didnt hear about any track changes but can confirm what Harrison said above about magnetic breaks, that said I wouldnt call the old brakes painful...

I remember downloading this Travel Channel special awhile ago on a torrent, nice to see you uploaded it to YouTube.

I received a EDM today advertising the new areas and a new "Locals Only Dream Passport" Email here Email gives an opening date of the 31st...

The theater that is not used for storage can be accessed through a door from china town or a fire exit in Scooby que if I remember correctly. Also if my memory is correct Scooby's outdoor/overflow que remains from the Gremlins ride.

Yes one of the theaters does remain, from my understanding it is used for training ect. (have been inside during a Tourism excursion a few years back)

When you are looking at the train in question and maintenance staff are there to answer queries I wouldn't exactly consider it inappropriate It is!

^^ Very cute coaster, I believe the person that posted it on FB may be around here somewhere....

I can confirm that is what I was told by matinance when I asked.

It's no excuse but it wouldnt suprise me if this is all being rushed/released due to the Arkham announcement.

Did you tell them they were prescription? All prescription glasses are allowed but sunnies are not generally.

VRTP have been doing some weekend specials at retail outlets lately to entice locals/weekend visitors to outlay money at outlets they generally wouldn't... Not sure if with your GL photo you get the pictured bottle or a boulder

The restraints are just like a car seat belt, no different at all. Yes, the old rolling stock/wheel bogies are being reused for the new train. I also have confirmed the 85km/h speed is correct. The concept images I was shown have the attraction staff dressed as inmates rather than guards/psychiatrists.

Whilst the dilapidated building is currently being taken down the structure remains and will be utilised well in the new ride.

Honestly I am not sure/seeking clarification A Lethal post card I own says 80kmph

Holy back on topic Batman... Having seen the new train myself I can confirm it is Kumbak, these are the details MW sent to selected online media [*]Arkham Asylum – Shock Therapy - A new experience is opening at Movie World [*]The coaster is the world’s first ride themed around the very popular Arkham Asylum game [*]This exciting new ride will reach speeds of up to 85kmh and pull 4.2Gs [*]The ride will feature 5 gut wrenching inversions as well as on-board audio [*]Riders will need to beware as The Joker tries to takeover Gotham City [*]Speed= 85km/hr [*]Height= 32 metres approx [*]G Forces= 4.2Gs [*]Track Length= 765m [*]Ride Duration= 120 seconds approx (station to station) [*]Height Restriction = 140cm [*]Number of inversions= 5 [*]First of its kind in the world

I am not getting tired of the DC themes, but I do think once the BATR replacement is open and that side of the park is purely DC they should focus on the rest of the park/away from DC

At the moment it is not so much the ride triggering the audio as it is the audio not bring turned on to start for whatever reason (you can see it on the back of the car)

Or Theme Park Social Network (not my page) https://www.facebook...202746096443643 We get it you guys can make a countdown page On another note I find it very cheeky of Movie World to have this announcement around the same time that The Wiggles are performing at Dreamworld
