Can confirm it was open today

It is a proper plastic pass, and you have to fill out/sign the annual pass agreement. You present the paper ticket to go through the turnstiles and then go to Guest Services for the photo/agreement. I was'nt asked for residential proof, and the guy at the turnstiles was confused by the ticket as he thought it was a Q150 and was telling me off for it not having a photo

Just purchased one of these (3 Park Pass expired in the middle of June)

They apparantly started charging on Monday, All the price signs ect. cleary state this is an introductory rate.

Went to Seaworld today hoping to have a few rides on Jet Rescue, however it was Closed Just had the bog standard "this attraction is closed for maintenance" nobody appeared to be working on it, one of the trains was at the front of the cave and the other in the maintenance bay. Anybody know what has gone wrong for it to be closed when it has been open less than 20 days? On a unrelated note Ray Reef is now open.

Well the new park maps have nothing at that spot......

Corkscrew was down when I went on the 22nd, I assumed it was just so they could prepare for Jet Rescue I actually sent feedback to Sea World about this and this was the response i received.

Definatly working fine, Seems faster here.

I am going to Seaworld on the weekend, So will able to see what further progress has been made and take some photos. Also just noticed this at the Bottom of a email from Intencity advertising the Movieworld Halloween Night.

This happened to me as I was booking Halloween (thurs) tickets I think the website is getting back at me for booking so late

Looks like Wet N Wild/MyFun pass holders will get in a little early.

^^ No buses ran for the last Screamworld (or BB), and i doubt they will for Movieworld.

According to Today's Gold Coast Bulletin the attraction will close @ the end of Jan.

I have a few things - Park maps last few years (Gold Coast) - MW/SW/WnW Refillable Cups - Old annual passes - Police Academy Mug - On ride photos including Disneyland Paris - Various merchandise from Disneyland Paris and finally a poster from Movieworld's first Birthday (can be seen partly in my avatar)

I was there yesterday, and there were 3 shipping containers, the fenced area looks like it could hold 9 .

There was a small piece in the GC Bulletin a few days ago stating 6 Senior Staffers had been layed off will have a look to see if I still have it.

I never got that survey email either.

There is a Adults @ Children's Prices on shop-a-dockets on the GC right now (hotdockets.com.au) However they state only valid for qld/northern nsw postcodes, unsure if they really check.

I went to the second screening tonight, (7:15PM Start). They had the red carpet exiting the Roxy theater towards Ricks Cafe. After entering through the main gate down a "red carpet" that was gated (so we could not access the rest of the park) Then into the cafe on the right for free popcorn/magnums/vitamin water, then into the roxy via the normal exit.
