  1. Went by today, the Lazy was filled but SBNO. Also, if going by the location of the trucks is anything, id say the Lazy's section of the park is fully landscaped and they're working their way back.
  2. Roughly how long before the advertised and official opening dates, are the soft openings? Working literally 2 minutes down the road and finishing close to midday has it's perks.
  3. Went by today, the park has definitely grown since both the flyover and my drive by 2 weeks ago. I'm going to attempt some decent photos either tomorrow or Sunday. Also, i spoke to my friend who's an "Aquatic Attendant" at the park, and there has been no news so far on soft openings.
  4. The name is very smart. "Corroboree" translates to "gathering". So i get the idea it's going to be very cultural and traditional.
  5. Plus the distance. It's an easy hour to the nearest surf-able beach.
  6. Brownie points for making Blacktown look inhabitable and less shit.
  7. Or, given previous track record. We could be getting "Batmobile Driving School".
  8. I'm going to suggest LazyRiver. Good chance i'll win.
  9. Every captive animal has these problems. But along as they meet X standards regarding enclosure sizes, they're in the clear.
  10. Jamberoo was tonight featured on Sydney Weekender. Part of the segment had a 5 second interview with the owner in in it he said "Our next stage includes a Lazy River and another ride to //////////////". (Can't remember the last part).
  11. The floor is concrete, but the sides look like fibreglass.
  12. At least i'm not the only one who thought they ripped off elevation....
  13. On Ipad it works flawlessly. Went by today, was a bit hard to stop and get photos due to the road works, but i did make use of what i could. Although the picture doesn't show it too much, the Skycoaster is quite the structure. Also driving past, i could see they had started planting around the lazy river and it looks really good.
  14. No cinemas have been noted yet, but i'm guessing it's a nationwide release.
  15. For those who want see Blackfish legally, it comes out in cinemas on November 21. As for captive bred animals and whatnot, have a look at this.
  16. The thing i'm having difficulty understanding, is as to why its directly tied to a villain, and it's concept. Arkham is both Batman with Joker and Harley. Meanwhile Superman and the Green Lantern are also present, with JL3D bringing in "alternate" characters like Starro and Supergirl. The others heros the area lacks that are a part of the JLA are, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg, Flash , Martian Manhunter and Hawkgirl. Doomsday is a Superman enemy, with the flight sense given off by the ride only happening once as far as i know in the comics. This would have better justice done if it was WW, or HG. With the latter being the best option.
  17. So as someone who has no clue about these things, is this a "maze maze" like in books and what i believe Arkham was, or like at Universal and SRES and Ekka where its just A to B?
  18. Harbourside in Darling Harbour (Sydney CBD) is getting a 9D cinema installed at the moment. On a side note, should anyone get a chance to look at Blue Man Group, I highly recommend it.
  19. You guess? Did they look like Jesus or something out of the movies? Or a normal human?
