Looks EPIC!!! Big kudos to Mark for getting two AMAZING rides in a row. When will the other parks?? When i eventually visit to Perth, im so there.

It seems kinda rude to talk negatively about this ride when the CEO has given us all the time of day to sign up here and give us inside info.

I'm pretty sure Disney can afford it. Their yearly attendance is like 10-20 times that of a GC theme park. Its the details that make it the truly magical experience it is.

I wont visit a Sea World in America, especially with the animal cruelty that goes on there.

SF: MM slaying as i predicted. There are definitely more coaster enthusiasts here than general theme park lovers as SF: MM would have to be the worst of the lot in terms of theming. I go for the theme park experience, but then im just a big kid at heart

The USA is like my dream destination in terms of theme parks. One day, one day. #whenigetthatdreamjob

Dollywood looks AMAZING. I mostly want to go because of the setting and surrounding. It looks stunning.

Unfortunately im a uni student still so ill have to wait till i get my dream job before i trek off to perth. *sigh*

I sooooo wanna go to AW and go on the new rollercoaster (forgotten its name). @Mark Shaw looks like he's doing a wonderful job.

If i had a choice of going to 5 parks in my lifetime this is how id prioritise: 1. Islands of Adventure (for harry potter) 2. Disneyland 3. Disney World 4. SF: MM 5. Dollywood lol.

Looks like they're really going to go all out this year after last year's event sold out both nights. I can see them doing up to 5 nights this year.

I'm inclined to agree with you all, its just all so unsettling though. If the safety mechanism had failed on the Green Lantern, i can't even begin to imagine ...

It seems the more the companies try to one up each other on 'thrill factor', the more accidents are occurring. Alton Towers 'The Smiler' is just the latest. What about 'The Green Lantern' earlier this year?

This looks absolutely INCREDIBLE

So 14 years ago (i was 12 at the time), my dad and i went on the flume ride at Seaworld, only to have our boat dispatched immediately after the boat ahead of us. To add to our horror, a boat was dispatched behind us as well. My dad (not a big rides person) was freaking out and obviously thought there would be some type of collision/crash on the slide down. On the conveyer belt up, dad jumped out of the boat and landed on the stairs adjacent to the hill and then hoisted me out of the boat to "safety". Unbeknownst to us, there was a safety mechanism at the top of the slide going down that would have prevented all boats going down at once, which two ride attendants told my dad as if it were common knowledge. Needless to say, the ride was shut down for a good half an hour and we were blamed for it. It was actually a pretty scary experience, mainly because my dad was freaking out about it and when he was hoisting me over the boat to the stairs, it was quite dangerous.

Wow, rude much? Some people can't afford the latest and greatest in technology and there's nothing wrong with his pics.
