  1. ..... DW - $99.99 for 21 days unlimited entry. WVTP - $99.99 for ~210 days unlimited entry to 3 parks. Are they not even trying to be competitive?
  2. ...So you're saying they don't know much about it....so you ask them for more information about it.......?
  3. Yea I've seen the Universal one too and thought of that, but yes, superman was a lot easier to photoshop in there than anything from the Universal scene that I could remember.
  4. ^ What ride are you talking about? Never been told not to touch on any of their rides. ????
  5. I'm a bad person. This was security footage of the cyclone in USA flooding a subway station..... All I could think of when I saw it.....

  7. Or those lights that follow and change to the music. (Make a massive show down main street!)
  8. That gate's been padlocked for ages and is really bloody stupid. Everyone knows there's no train and where they expect you to walk is always crowded and congested so it's a pain in the ass to get through.
  9. ^ Wasn't that just the entrance for the ride into the volcano?
  10. The dates were released either the same time or about a week after fright night dates were. So why did you go to every night last time knowing it was going to be the same? I'd personally like to see Christmas theming around all the ride entrances/queues of the rides they have operating.
  11. Wait, no, changed my mind that doesn't deserve a response
  12. Reminds me of the gun club or whatever it was the posted stuff all over DW's page when they couldn't have a dinner at Tiger Island or whatever it was. Simple. Stop feeding the trolls and they'll get bored and move on.
  13. If you have a VIP pass, you can go in whenever. Just remember to show your FN ticket at the turnstyle to get a wristband then at 5 they will rope you into a section near that frozen coke stall close to the gate.
  14. You'd have to make a fairly deliberate tap on the tick to like it.
  15. No, again my mind was being stupid and for some reason I was thinking the photo and the overlay had to be done at the same time. Don't mind me, I'm not with it today
  16. Yea I don't know where my brain went with that considering I had already pointed that out a couple of posts ago :S
  17. Unless it's just a glitch, on all the rides I did the other day I was still getting points while they were talking on the last screen
  18. I knew it was in the light, just couldn't remember where it was, if it's before the lamp then you still get points after that. But I guess the points could always be overlayed after the actual photo was taken.
  19. I can't remember, is the photo taken at the end of the ride when you shouldn't get any more points? There might be some way the can add an overlay to the pic.
  20. Yes, because when you join the queue at 9:55 when it's the only ride operating, it's worth the wait.
  21. Got to try this out 5 times today. Overall impression - good The only sign (apart from what's on the building itself, but you really can't see that until you're right in front of it) was a small A-frame sign that said it was open for technical rehearsals and the safety sign. The queue from ~4pm (when I arrived) was about 5 minutes. Got a few rides in before waiting for FN to start. Throughout the night when we went on it twice more and the line was at most 15 minutes. I don't think anyone knew it was there. First time the gun worked well and I got 71452. 2nd time the gun didn't work at all and I got about ~3k points (you seem to get pitty points along the way) Other times were hit and miss, which was a little annoying but nothing to cry about. Hitting the targets in 3D was pretty hard, not sure if I was just aiming at the wrong spot or what but it was pretty quick and you don't really seem to be given a chance to know what's going on. Theming was good. The stars in the tube with the silver dude (audio was a bit muffled or it was too noisy in the queue or whatever but I didn't catch his name) didn't go out when he shot them. Only 2 of the 3 did. Batman seems to be very lazy in this. He's at the start telling you what to do, then appears at the end to say good job. Lazy bastard could have helped.
  22. Just got home now and I must say I was a little disappointed tonight. The mazes were great and the atmosphere was great too but there was about 1000000 more people than they should have let in. Thank good we did the mazes early as the queue for film and wd was back to the end of the walkway (studio end) and looked like it would take a good hour or two to get through. Psycho queue only to 15min must of the night. All rides except jl had 90 min waits. Jl was 5 minutes because i don't think many people knew what or where it was. Wasn't bad though. I'll part my review of that in the other thread though. Edit - As for Scooby here's what effects worked. Doors at the start 1 green laser. Here's what didn't work. - Camera blades - The head from the demon that's on tracks before the camera was missing - There was no smoke to be seen anywhere (Don't know if they took it all for FN) - No last drop laser - No turntable laser (hasn't been there for ages I don't think) - No other lasers bar 1 was working in the disco room Scooby normally - 8/10 (hardly ever has all effects working) Scooby this time - 1/10
  23. Fair enough, I'm not trying to start a fight over this or anything, I would have just assumed that on their systems when you scan the FN entry that it would link to your pass and when you try the 2nd one it would say you've already redeemed it.
