  1. I'm going to assume that Trump has been getting some practice in and has built quite a few tall walls around the park while it's been closed.
  2. Isn't that what my mistress is for?
  3. Pretty inevitable really. Custom ride, not from a big brand name, after what happened with TRR, it was bound to go. The last remaining flume ride will be WWF, because it's made by a subsidiary of White Water West.
  4. I see. Forgive me, I haven't been on a date in 11 years
  5. @joz - poor wording on my part, I should have said put the money toward new attractions, not meaning to imply it would cover the complete cost sorry.
  6. Aww you didn't put my favourite one on there.
  7. @JaggedJanine save us please!
  8. I get what you're saying, but even the park is calling it a "reopening weekend". Plus, judging by past events, the second day will be an improvement anyway.
  9. Nah, I was working. I just figured since you thought I was a dick anyway, I may as well give you a reason to.
  10. Might be a good time to renew your DW pass then.
  11. I was under the impression that Robb was a nicer version of @Richard
  12. Hmmm, go Dutch doesn't appear to be in my list of 'go' associated phrases.
  13. You just couldn't make it Sunday with the rest of us could you..... :'(
  14. Keen to see how it pans out, but IMO the plaza is too small for carnivale. There's a 99% chance in wrong though, so my only gripe now lies with the extra travel time to get there...... And the extra fuel money I'll have to pay @JaggedJanine to get there
  15. This is the rumour I've heard more frequently from people. No idea how true it is but it's making the rounds consistently. Depends what the update was. If it was an Android update, maybe if it was the 7.0 update that could cause a lot of issues and its a substantial change. Not sure why it would have needed the update to the OS though. Seemed to be working fine before, which leads me to believe there's some other reason for it.
  16. ^ Not a fan of the multiverse theory?
  17. I know it's a little late, but this video was originally pulled for copyright due to the music. Only just noticed that while I was away they never went through with their claim, so the audio stayed. Anyway, this was the opening scene of Fright Nights.
  18. While I don't know anything about that rumour - it wouldn't be the first time a coaster's theme was changed at the last minute, ever after the manufacturing process had started.
  19. For the record, as Parkz Crew, @AlexB probably hasn't. But you know, we wouldn't really expect a "non-genuine enthusiast contributor" to know that.
  20. I thought we all moved past the self promotion of other pages months ago?
  21. How are those markets anyway? Noticed them from the cruise terminal a few weeks back and thought it looked pretty small and crappy for all the good reviews it gets
  22. Seems that way, but I don't know how much motion the seats actually have or if they're just elevated to be effectively floorless.
  23. Give up. It's POP. He's bored. He's a troll. He's going to reply to this claiming not to be POP. It's no fun when we can't neg every post he makes.
  24. Kind of non news until mid next year, but this seems pretty cool none the less. http://bmag.com.au/your-brisbane/brisbane-extra/2016/12/06/brisbane-is-getting-the-southern-hemispheres-first-flying-theatre/ Brogent Technologies, a Taiwan-headquartered company that specialises in simulation technology, has announced its intention to bring its innovative i-Ride Flying Theatre to Brisbane. Brogent’s decision to bring its flying theatre to Brisbane follows their success with Fly Over Canada, which has become a popular tourist attraction in Vancouver. Brogent is in the process of identifying the ideal Brisbane location for its i-Ride Flying Theatre. Work on the project is expected to start in mid-2017. -------+ For reference: https://www.flyovercanada.com
