  1. In fairness to him, when he grabbed the hot wheels logo from Logopedia, it doesn't seem to have been cut perfectly. Viewing it in full screen does alleviate some of the issue though. Also, according to the V8 Supercars website, the ride is called "Hot Wheels Hot Lap" not including the word "coaster", which while possibly a typo is the most accurate source other than fan sites currently as Dreamworld's page does not reveal the name at this stage. I'd be expecting something more styled like the '90 - '00 logo but with a tyre instead of the mattel logo http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/logopedia/images/9/9d/Hot_Wheels_1993_logo.png/revision/latest?cb=20141013033221
  2. I'll probably do it, mostly for the photo op.
  3. Ok, I was going to post a smart ass reply, but in fairness, Zanstabar's post was in the other thread.
  4. Well duh, everything's backwards in the southern hemisphere
  5. There's a few more on his profile too: https://www.behance.net/mattbaker
  6. I can't see it ever being approved. Too much red tape.
  7. ^ You are or did you have a chat to the ride and get its thoughts?
  8. Why do you expect others to post their ideas but not share your own? If that's the case, I would choose slides manufactured by slide manufacturers, coasters manufactured by coaster manufacturers, with food and beverage manufactured by food and beverage manufacturers.
  9. I really wish I'd brought my zoom lens or was able to get closer to the stage
  10. That's because you missed the finale...
  11. There's 0 reason to even walk past it unless you're seeking it out is there? People just seem think that every Muslim must be a big bad evil terrorist. IMO regardless of what room is there, that section of buildings/fair games should be demolished for a new ride.
  12. Does it normally get torn completely down for maintenance?
  13. You're not old enough for BO3.
  14. Also, yay! In the email that's come around yesterday from MW asking guests to complete a survey on FN, they've included one of my photos
  15. I would assume it would take at minimum 2, maximum 4 to operate with 1-2 people per station? I don't remember ever seeing more than 1 per station though.
  16. While it would be nice to see the report and see what happened, I'm just happy they're able to open it again and don't have to modify it in a big way or close it down for good.
  17. Personally I'll never fly anyone other than Virgin/V Australia if I can avoid it. Always found them to have the best service and quality.
  18. So rather than the profits going to the park and allowing them to invest in future development, you'd rather have it go to some outsourced company so the park reaps no benefit?
  19. ^ Oh how I wish I lived in America but on an Australian salary
  20. Ah right, you said you were going for the first time, sorry. Yeah, the carpark has always been a clusterfuck trying to leave. It's been that way every event. I guess not enough people complain for them to really do anything about it. There's obviously going to be a pretty decent cost involved in having TC at that hour, but it is something the park should look at. There's no point trying to leave until around 2330 unless you go at 2130 / 2200 while the event is still on. They had TC there on the 24th before the event, but they didn't do much apart from tell you to turn right when you could really only turn right anyway.
