I'm really missing Dreamworlds night show this year. Hopefully Carnivale will at partially compensate. I am dumb, so I await correction by someone wise! I really think they should at least trial this. Had they got a visionary management, during the Commonwealth games this should be a given. Perhaps Village, Dreamworld, or both actually will, but I'd expect it to be well known by now. I am dumb, so I await correction by someone wise!

Not thrill rides though please! I think they're on the right track with the plan for a dark ride.

I'd imagine they'll start with one but they could gradually add more, and if they are able to keep the license on the earlier ones too, then there can be a choice.

Ok well I've never been on Soarin so maybe it will be ok with the same experience over and over if it's good enough. After all, I'm happy to see the same show over and over at Australian Outback Spectacular, and that's not even a ride!

Like any cinema experience, it must change regularly. At least a few times each year. Otherwise people would get bored after seeing it a few times. Therefore, it can have numerous themes, and ideally several available at once so you can always go on a journey you haven't done before, or only done once or twice. I'd imagine that's how similar rides operate elsewhere. It's certainly how 7D cinemas work.

The vintage cars are already back, and they're planning to expand the waterpark. Considering we're in Queensland I'd say that's a very good idea. I agree TOT is ridiculously loud, but I have to admit now that I've finally been on it I do enjoy the experience. Just a shame it's so loud! DC Rivals goes fast but it's virtually silent, so it can be done I'm sure! I am dumb, so I await correction by someone wise!

What is this dry slide? I've never seen one at Dreamworld, but I'd be interested to give it a try. Regardless, measures could be put in place to prevent people misusing the lockers. I am dumb, so I await correction by someone wise!

I think the best way they could approach it is to think about what theycan do differently or better than at Wet & Wild. They already have the advantage that guests can easily walk between the dry park and waterpark, without needing to show passes again or empty lockers, so a good start there. They already have the Hydrocoaster, which Wet & Wild have nothing like, so another advantage. Finally they already have much nicer changing rooms than W&W. Off the top of my head, here's a few ideas of other things they could do: 1. Lockers that are free to use. 2. A couple of really nice cafes serving good food at reasonable prices. 3. Perhaps an adventure river rather than just duplicating what's already available down the road with another lazy river. 4. Regular entertainers roaming the park. 5. I don't know of any specific ones, but build a couple of new slides that are significantly different to any at W&W. Maybe an enclosed slide which has audio to listen to as you slide. Not just any old music. They could make it something really interesting or fun! I am dumb, so I await correction by someone wise!

I'm very sceptical about the idea of a dark ride where Eureka was, given what we know from the recent Parkz interview with Craig Davison, when he said a dark ride was being considered in the form of the existing track from Eureka, covered by a new enclosure of some kind. That track has obviously now gone. Nonetheless, if they are now seriously considering a completely new dark ride that might potentiallybe very good. I'd await further details! It doesn't look tired or worn to me. They did some minor work a couple of years ago which added the sceens at the front of each ticket booth, and very recently they've removed all the turnstiles. I don't really think there's anything much else needed at the entrance, and as has been said already it's much better than the entrances to any of the other parks. I'd rather not know how it's done. I think it's nice to have some things that are mysteries.
