@dylan_oregan From the pictures posted I would say yes So from @Gold Coast Amusement Force‘s video he posted online, appears my speculation on what’s holding them back appears to be true which was that the retail shop/exit doesn’t look it’s finished yet, now yes, of course the ride queue and any part up to the ride could also be still worked

^But isn’t that what the Dreamworld Stage for the old Big Brother shows are for? But what makes me question all about this is why build a new one if they got one it’s sitting there at the moment which I’m pretty sure is still in good condition? And out of all of the locations, why there? with TOT going off very so often (when it actually operates) it’s going to be pain having a show on when the ride is going off if the building isn’t enclosed that is

I heard an advertisement on the radio at least two weeks ago was stating the ride was now open and that “you can fly now all across Australia” At least the billboard outside the park at least isn’t telling any porkies It’s in the post I posted (hint last paragraph)

So I have just received some clarification on the opening for the ride So as I’m aware unfortunately, Sky Voyager is not ready for Boxing Day It was their original target date to open by but that’s clearly not the case Staff (Ride ops) aren’t even fully aware when the ride is due to open yet

The ride on the maintenance page takes you to this link https://www.dreamworld.com.au/rides/family-rides/sky-voyager-OPEN Appears there got two links as this is the default one they have always been using https://www.dreamworld.com.au/rides/family-rides/sky-voyager I’m going to say they would most likely start ‘technical rehearsals’ today and give it to probably an early January offical date (The only thing I could tell you that looks like needs work would be the retail store they got planned at the exit of the ride with stock awaiting to go in but I don’t think they are going to hold it back anymore just for that reason now) I’ll try to get back down there today for 10am and report what’s going on but please not I won’t be there for the whole day today as I got other plans happening

Hello folks It’s been a while Decided to back on here just in time for the launch of Sky Voyager opening within the next few weeks Today was the first day I have fully seen the facade complete and I must say it looks a lot more better than I was expecting it to be and the photos don’t do justice of how big it is I managed to grab a few pictures of the facade and workers making the finalising touches (Please excuse the fact that my contribution may be very similar what however users have posted recently but I have tried to go at least some different perspective shots of the building) I have very good faith that the park might be able to get this open for Wednesday and I’ll be down at the park no matter what

@Mc coaster They are bringing back the old animatronics and other physical sets from the ride before they gutted it. The projection mapping is like ‘the cherry of the cake’.

So I’m down here at the village of Trolls as I’m typing this - Trolls Funhouse is pretty much a funhouse you would find at carnivals, I won’t get into details what is inside the attraction but I’ll say I’m impressed with what they had to work with in the Flowrider shop - The area as of right now is picking up quite a big crowd which is good to see

So I’ve heard the opposite from what’s being said above - So from sources I’ve heard, the ‘demolition works’ that is happening has been nothing but to install in all new air conditioning into Kevil - As for Sudden Impact Entertainment’s appearance last week, this would be for Trolls Village as Lynton V Harris is responsible for the attraction’s development

Update time! Because we haven’t had any updates in nearly a month, Trolls Village is opening next Saturday 30th June

I attended a preview event of TopGolf today and I must say, I’m darn impressed with the facility, Just some points I took away with from today - The inside section of building when you first walk in is very modern looking and has a shop inside selling all sorts of TopGolf merchandise, I believe this is where you book the bays as well at but I didn’t really get the chance to have a full proper look as we were quickly taken up to the ‘Top Bay’ (No pictures of this) - We were playing from the Top Bay section of the facility, Each bay has function to control mist, fans and heat. You can also have the ability to change the TV channel that your bay is playing as well. - Our game lasted for approximately one hour before we were whisked away before workers could make the final touches for tomorrow’s grand opening, we were greeted by the TopGolf CEO during this event as well who thanked us for coming along. We were offered samples of the food as well and I was pleased with the food offerings they have to offer I had a ball with TopGolf, (no pun intended) I’ve never played golf till today and I’m happy to report this is something I will be definitely be going to a lot. I strongly encourage all of you guys to come and visit this spectacular venue when it opens, I’m really glad we have this venue right next door to our parks, it brings a Citywalk/DisneySprings vibe. So guys, do yourself a favour, and get to TopGolf (when it opens tomorrow of course), it’s definitely something you’ll come back to do over and over again!
