  1. That would be the reason for why they open it on Boxing day. To try and encourage you to renew your season pass.
  2. All I am going to say is google earth lately in some places have pictures 10 days apart. Not all are the best HD quality. But just saying...
  3. From TPSN Facebook page: Looks like they might be getting rid of the whole ride quickly. Lets hope they remove the poles unlike dreamworld.

  5. But we will have to see if the new update on the Cyclone get it into the list.
  6. I would say the follow IMO are the list for great coast in Australia Abyss Superman Scooby Jet rescue Storm Tunnel of Terror (Just because it was a world record ride for height and Speed)
  7. Does anyone think movie world would put in an indoor special effects coaster by Dynamics?
  8. Does anyone think that maybe it could be a water coaster for Wet N wild? We don't know for sure that its at Movie World. All I am saying is that we don't know for sure its at Movie World.
  9. No I kept going with it I just never posted it onto here because people did not seem interested in it so I decided to stop posting them. However my computer did crash and get wiped so I lost the file that was downloaded.
  10. I saw them both Earlier. I must say well done Mark and Team! They really help build up the story line for the water slide.
  11. Oh they had that type of flooring at the Bird Park in Singapore. Let me say it was great on the feet.
  12. Wait this is the park map locates next to the lagoon and near the Abyss area. Due to what's in the background. But why does it say you are here pointing to the front of the park?
  13. Well done Mark and team. This is the best themed water slide I have ever seen. Not that I have seen any themed water slides before. But I think the attention to detail on this is amazing and now with all the other improvements to AW over the past few years are starting to merge together. I can't wait to ride it. ???
  14. The attention to detail is amazing. I can't wait to go soon. I think Adventure World is putting WA on the globe stage and I think are putting the Gold Coast to shame.
  15. Hi Mark, Well from what was put in the Today Tonight story, It looks AWesome. I can not wait to ride it and it looks very well themed. Thanks Tim
  16. A picture from AW's Facebook page: and this is the link to the news report
  17. So A few points that were mention in the story on Today Tonight: The name was officially announced as the Kraken. Which will be as we know the tallest, steepest and longest in the world. However you will never get the same ride experience twice. Due to having the seating arrangement and the way the tubes can enter. Its 2 rides put together. A long dark Mammoth and a Tornado feature along 260 Meters of adreneline. The Kraken is a mythical sea monster feared by sailers for centuries. The monster would submerge and make a giant vortex, which is what we have here with this slide. The story is that you are escaping the Kraken. You go into a little drop with a 360 degree turn then you have more slide sections making you way to the almost vertical drop into the tornado. There are almost 80 tornados in the world. Most just have the tornado, so that is what will set this one apart.AW have gone from the top of the hill making it a mammoth slide with the tornado. Can take up to 600 people an hour and basically, 'Chews threw people, Bit like the Kraken I guess. The Kraken opens this Friday. It seems to look nicely themed and I can't wait to ride it.
  18. And I am stuck in Perth, doing stupid school assignments. Hope your having fun!
  19. Well finally. On Today Tonights Facebook page, they have put the trailer for the news report that will air tomorrow at 6:30. I managed to get some screen shots from the trailer that are shown super quick. So mind the bad quality. But it looks like some nice ship wreaks scenes with the tentacles at both the top and bottom of the hill. Here is the link: https://www.facebook.com/TodayTonight/videos/vb.220363978003066/986382448067878/?type=2&theater
  20. I really won't to go on this once its built. A new B&M world record flyer. What could go wrong???
  21. All I am going to say is the Avenger is like the Rampage on steroids and is so much smother than Avenger. I will do a full trip report once I get home. Oh and I notice that West Coast Carnivals (Mitro amusements) own the new Cliff hanger. It is a different model to the one traveling the eastern states. It a new WA owned ride. (However the ticket both says TPA amusements)
  22. By the way was your friend talking about this Ferris Wheel that come to the Royal Show for one year only?
  23. Really $12 now. Ok. Well with that being said my Tech Drawing teachers son brought Dip N Dots franchis into WA. I should be going to the show on Tuesday so hopefully gets some more picture. So was those fumes really coming from the Avenger? Oh and did the Super Ball get decent crowds?
