By the look of the artist impressions, the Suspended Family Coaster will be the 450 model, the same as Dragonflier at Dollywood.

From what I have heard its a refurb at the directive of Lego to keep it in line with the Lego store franchise.

What's everyone's thoughts on the replacement for Arkham Asylum? I would love a Vekoma Flying coaster personally, or a Vekoma Bermuda Blitz if they wanted a cheap model.

What are peoples thoughts on a timeline for a replacement? With the current conditions, I doubt VRTP are going to be investing 20+ Million on anything for a while.

Painting has begun on the Ex-Big Dipper / Cyclone/ Hot Wheels Sidewinder. The track is being painted blue, similar colour to the supports. I suppose this rules this out as being called Gold Coaster? Pictures From Amuze.

Less about bad taste, more about insurance. Vikings Revenge was constructed in house, just like TRR. I imagine insurance would have gone sky-high.

Haha. Not gonna be a very good replacement for 10 million!! Personally I think it’s going to be a while until we see a new coaster. I imagine Movie World focusing on high capacity family rides and shows for the next little while.

With Sea World receiving record capital investment at the moment, do you think Movie World will see any new major attractions or rides before 2022? If so, what do you want them to be? For me, I'd love to see a HWD and a huge Kids WB refurb come to fruition before 2023.

Does anyone know the official story why the Viking's Revenge Flume Ride closed? I assume it somehow relates to the TRR incident and the modifications made to the ride during Storms construction. Insurance costs potentially? Also, is there a possibility this ride could be refurbished by someone like Intamin and resurrected? Or do you think it will be demolished? Sorry for asking a question that I'm sure has been asked many times on here, I just can't find the answer in my searches. Cheers.

While I agree Movie World needs more kids & family attractions, they need a more relevant IP to base them on. Something like Lego Movie, Sesame Street or Cartoon Network would be fantastic and give them good scope for a couple of good flats and a new dark ride.

They definitely need to spend big bucks in that area, but they really need a more relevant IP. Lego Movie, Sesame Streett or Cartoon Network would give them plenty of options for attractions and a huge draw for the family market.

What IP did you have in mind?
