I didn't actually go to the park, but a friend did and they said there was a new batman store on main street.

^I was the passenger (I know I said just drove past WWW, but I wasn't referring to myself as driving). Also, someone asked DW on FB if there would be what some of us thought was water under Tail Spin and they replied saying it isn't, it's blue concrete.

Just drove past WWW and I'm not 100% sure on this, but it seemed to appear that they have add stairs that come down from the top of the tower, which will lead to the start of triple vortex. It was only at a quick glance, so I am probably wrong, but can anyone confirm this?

They are relaying the pathway that SW make you walk through, so they have had to open the gate that they don't want you to climb over.

^Thanks for that update. It's good to hear that they are giving the claw a much needed repaint. Is it closed, or would you say they are just doing the work at night? And, it's good to hear that the plane will be featured with the theming of tail spin. Also, the GD is under maintenance at the end of the month, so the on ride video cameras may be installed then.

^Thanks for clearing that up. I agree with that and think it would be good if they did that, I'm not confident that they will.

^If you are referring to using them as a souvenir within the park, then that isn't the reason because SW replied to someone (posted on page 7):

^Yes they are removing the whole coaster and it now also looks like they could be removing the bridge.

WnW have updated their maintenance page to say that Buccaneer Bay will be reopening Mon 22nd Sept. So maybe that will be the day of the Junior attraction opening.

The first part of Tailspin has been installed

I think it's good they have decided to remove the bridge. Now that it doesn't have much purpose, it will provide a cleaner looking space and it could provide more space/an entry point to the new attraction.

^Good marketing scheme

^The RIP and BRO are the only two rides which fit the Aussie theme, so I wouldn't say the park has an overall theme either. ALSO, Dreamworld have added a count down clock on their website to when Tailspin opens and it is on the 20th September.

I think those colours are good and I don't mind the name. I agree that it is similar to constrictor, but provides a different experience. I haven't been on a slide like this before, what are peoples thoughts on it?
