It seems like a good day at MW. As mentioned in the MW 2015 forum, all effects were working on SE and JL

I think they way the explosion occurs is fine, but it's not that obvious. You see the hem pump tilt and a bit of fire occur, but the most people are concentrating on the cars, so cars cross the line and then suddenly there is an explosion. If they detailed the explosion, or made the fuel pump tilt's fire bigger then that would be good. That at police officer from polic academy is exactly what I was thinking, but maybe if they had a megaphone, the they could control the people to their seats better as well as making funny comments when the camera is on them

Saw the show this morning. Overall I was reasonably impressed with it all. It is a definite improvement from what was there. But I don't think it was quite as good as the original HWSD. The interaction with the crowd was great. Before the show started they had some of the cameras going over the crowd. They even had a kiss cam going a few times. I think it would be good if they had one of the police officers who are in the show, are within the crowd, keeping them entertained even more. Daffy also made an appearance in the crowd. The set was also a good improvent, but still isn't perfect. The explosion timing was also not perfect.

Went to MW this morning and I noticed a few good things. The water on SE is working again, and just before the launch the blue circle that goes across the wall is working and the audio is louder now. On JL there was a bit more smoke than usual and the sound effects were louder.

The fountain is looking really good now. Great to hear the thunder effects are back. And the ABC world is also looking good. Thumbs up to DW

The sneak peaks of the inside area are very promising. The image of the jellyfish hanging from the sealing with the lighting, I think looks really good.

Well at least that sort of makes more sense than the previous version

Someone asked MW on FB about the show and they said the name is still Hollywood Stunt Driver 2, but they have changed everything else

It seems that the show is still called 'Hollywood Stunt Driver 2', so maybe the film they make is the Inner City 500 (that's if they are making a film in the show). I'm imagining that these two guys at the front would be the comedy part of the show. I'm really hoping it is an improvement on the last one. (photo source: theme park social network)

I'm fairly sure it has said that since the show started last year and they haven't updated it. On the line below it says there are Aries stunts (referring to the motor bikes that aren't in the show any more)

Last time I went on it (about a month ago), that scooby wasn't moving his mouth, but his whole body was shaking slightly as the audio played.

As long as if the show has a good storey line, the theming has been fixed up (or at least a lot better than what it was) then it will be an improvement. I'm hoping they introduce some forms of comedy to the show again as well.

^I'm pretty sure DW just combined the areas as on the park map it just say Gold Rush Country. But I don't have a major issue with that area. With Ocean Parade, if they removed the Redline then I think the area is fine. I think Zombie Evilution does have some link to the area with the theming of the exterior or the building. They do need to extend the blue ground work around all of Ocean Parade however. If Redline was moved to the MDMC food stall, it would make more sense. If the new V8 supercar attractions were in this area as well it would create a new motorsport themed area. For the TOT, because it doesn't link to any of the themed areas surrounding its entrance, if they moved the entrance pathway to start from the MDMC area, it may provide more of a link to the possible motorsport area, rather than the Tiger Island/ABC Kids area. However I don't know if that would be possible, just a thought

I personally think that because it goes slower, it is better. At moments such as: the first turn to the left after the first brake section and the moments when you go upside down; these are more thrilling because of the slower speed. It adds to the thrill of the ride and can make me feel like you are going to fall out, as the feeling I get when I ride the BuzzSaw.

^When i went to MW last month, I'm fairly sure that the fence didn't have the grass imaging on it and usually that is a sign that something is happening to that space.

It is for the boat show, just had a look on their website and that area is being used for the park and ride.

One thing we've got to remember is MW don't own the carpark or that land, they rent it off the council (unless it has changed). And that grassed area has been used for small events in the past. That grassed area has been used for Sanctuary Cove boat show parking and Christmas Carols. If anything, I'd imagine that it would be an extention of the current carpark.

I doubt that they remove the ride since it is new and I think its a great addition to the park. Once it reopens I'm defiantly going to be going back on. It may take time, but I'm sure it will open again. As for the change of trains, as Zanstabar said, the track and station was designed for the 8 seater trains and if they replaced them with only 4 seaters, then I would say that it would affect the performance of the ride. I think they are going to figure out why things went wrong (obvious they will do that) and then check all trains (maybe buy new ones) do weeks of testing and then reopen it.
