It's nice to know movie world is making an improvement in shows again. I miss the days of the wild west show combined with police academy. That in my opinion was when movieworld was at its best with shows

Sorry I guess I misread what you were saying. I thought you were saying that only fat people as wide as the cars wouldn't slide around. If you meant what you said then I apologize for jumping to conclusions. I'm just sad because Scooby is such an amazing ride and they could have done something different with their cars to ensure more people could go on it. Like separate lap bar restraints. Anything. So many are unable to go on it because of just how tiny the restraints are. Maybe one day ride cars will improve in technology cause goodness knows I wish I could go on more rides. But being on medications that make you gain weight makes it hard

I rode cyclone in 2008 and got the worst ear ache from my ears bashing around back THEN. suffice it to say I wasn't too disappointed when I found out it was going to be down for maintenance in November which is when me and my boyfriend are planning our trip Oh god that horrible winding route. NEVER again lol The Rock n rollercoaster is my favorite coaster I have ever been on. I could go on that thing all day if the que didn't go forever

The trains for Scooby are ridiculously tiny for the kind of ride that it is and how recently new it is. You would have thought they would have put bigger carriages in. I will be sad because when I was 20kg lighter the bars only JUST locked in so i already know I probably won't fit this time around. Though it will obviously be my boyfriends first time to the gold coast so I will probably send him around on his own even if I can't go with him because I won't want him to miss out. My fat is mostly all in my tummy. I'm very lucky in the fact that I'm very flubbery for lack of a better word lol so I have more chances than most my size because my fat can suck in. Scooby Doo coaster was the only ride I had trouble with on my last visit back in 2008

I went on the big red car ride when I was there on my own with no kids. I enjoyed myself so much and had fun singing along with all the songs and looking at the wiggles memorabilia. I'm a funny adult. I love things for their sentimentality

VTRP should never have closed Looney Tunes Caves and Bermuda Triangle. Especially if they weren't going to replace them with new rides. Though wtf is justice league 4d?

Hey everyone, My boyfriend is planning on moving from new York to Australia this year. He gets a decision on august 30 on if he can come here. I've been looking at planning a trip to the Gold Coast taking in the theme parks especially Dreamworld, Movieworld and Seaworld. I am a 5'8.5 140kg woman. The one thing I loved when I went to Disneyworld was that they were extremely plus sized friendly. I had no trouble with the rides except for Space Mountain and even then I fit no problem once on the ride. Are there any rides on the Gold Coast that I may not fit on or may have problems with? Please don't make fun of me for my weight. I am just asking a genuine question and looking for some genuine answers. Thank you in advance

When I posted these videos earlier today I watched them. I don't watch them a lot. Wonderland History converted them from VHS to DVD for me and my family in exchange for possible usage on the Wonderland History site. It hurts a LOT watching these videos. I actually started crying today watching the second video where my Dad is talking to the camera. It will be 20 years in July since my father killed himself and it still hurts because Wonderland was one piece of my life and memories with my father that we still had. We could go and stand at that spot we met up with him for visitations and know "we stood in this exact same spot". In a corny kind of way it was almost like he was there. I always watch these videos on his birthday and the anniversary of his death which is the 24th of July, 1995. When I was watching these videos today I got so depressed and said out loud "it is still unbelievable to think that none of this is there anymore." Every time I get packages from where Wonderland used to be they are labelled Wonderland Drive and it takes me back there. I must sound so stupid for getting so emotional over a theme park XD I'm glad you liked the videos
