Australian Outback Spectacular & Ringers Western partnership

Sounds like a great night in for your kids. -
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but since Movieworld is now owned by Village Roadshow, not Time Warner, it would be much harder / expensive for the rights to just any 'WB' movie? As such they will use a licence they already have or purchase one which their parent company is already linked to? Someone on here mentioned Mad Max which would be perfect as Fury Road is produced by VR and Distributed by WB and a sequel is in the works.

DC Rivals HyperCoaster construction discussion

I can't remember for GL but are we expecting all pieces to arrive at once? or over the course of the week? -
I think its more to do with the way you face. Superman your facing forwards and have a seat and headrest to support.

Not so much keeping Tabs on but saw this recently. The park showing 2 bids from Vekoma and Intamin and getting fans / guests to "choose" (not sure if its actually choosing or saying which they would prefer). http://www.coaster101.com/2016/10/02/choose-energylandias-2018-mega-coaster-vekoma-intamin/ I find it funny how open parks are overseas about new attractions / future plans. I would love to see Dreamworld take this sort of approach with their next coaster.

will probably get some form of fencing around it blocking it from normal viewing angles. -
I totally misread your post. Didn't realise the 2nd half was a quote. Your first sentence about it being a hoot totally makes sense now. I am also now hungry.

Its a very basic layout. I wouldn't get overly excited by it, as that is just the boundary of works rather than a rough track. Fire exit/emergency exit / disabled access if there is stairs? -

But I wouldn't expect a huge amount of work this week with all the rain/storms predicted. -
Confirmed Destiny themed area. Perfect timing with Destiny 2 out later this year. Bungie will be so proud.

I did one of these at the ranch in Hawaii except they generally keep most of the sets or props as its run on private property. Another thing they did for where the sets are no longer there or don't exist was they had big screenshots from the movie so you can visualise where everything was. Highly recommend the quad bike tour in Hawaii and I'm sure this tour will be a hit for tourists as its a good way to see some natural sites.

I doubt the seating will stay the same. I also assume they will make the conveyor belt as safe as possible. I was thinking maybe Block sections also but I'm not sure how they would help. Maybe stop running over anyone who could have fallen in or something

It will probably end with a simple lap bar with a release catch outside the log similar to WWF.

[Wishful Thinking] The Gold Rush Replacement
Naazon replied to Reanimated35's topic in Theme Park Discussion
Why not the obvious then. Marvel. Obviously expensive / hard licence to get but there is no Disney park in Australia which helps and offers good returns with large amount of rides / potential. Edit: Plus retheme of BS and GD would be pretty easy to fit into that universe. -
[Wishful Thinking] The Gold Rush Replacement
Naazon replied to Reanimated35's topic in Theme Park Discussion
Sorry, worded badly. Not themed to the Mummy but an indoor coaster in that style (slow theme part followed by launch in dark room). Theme would be to literally anything else. If kept to Gold Rush then would be some sort of new mine cart, If themed to a new area it opens a world of possibilities. Edit: I had USJ earlier I meant USS, apparently its the same as USF but with a few theme updates, which is irrelevant as I'm suggesting a similar ride with different theme. -
[Wishful Thinking] The Gold Rush Replacement
Naazon replied to Reanimated35's topic in Theme Park Discussion
Massively wishful thinking and possibly a bit of hate here but I would like to see Eureka Mountain Mine Ride also removed and to install a dark ride something similar to The Mummy at USS (launch indoor) and an inverted outdoor coaster, nothing 'ground breaking' as such but a relatively simple full circuit ride, hopefully able to sustain 2 trains. Other features would be a family flat ride. RHLR would be good if it could stay as the water really breaks the area up too. I can't decide if the memorial should be inside the park in the Gold Rush area or if it should be outside the park or even both. -
