So because a group of Dreamworld and Theme Park enthusiasts start a social media group like MANY on this site, it’s now called “bottom kissing” and “ass kissing” WOW so professional and mature. That group is focused on Dreamworld because that’s what they specialise in. If only you people can see how disgusting you represent yourselves. I assure you your comments make you look like a fool and no wonder you’re not respected in the industry. Grow up.

DW is in a no-win situation here. DW could have said we are closing the Vintage cars and opening a new car ride, but all the golden year people would be crying. Side note: I'm sick of hearing about the golden years. It's like seeing your grandad and him telling you about the past. I went DW in the 80’s and the Thunderbolt sucked, but I didn’t know that because we had nothing to compare it too. In fact, a good 50% of the rides sucked. Just WOW “New display name” You obviously have a hatred for Dreamworld and Golden Years. Jealous maybe from all the success Golden Years have??? Ever heard of a saying “got nothing nice to say don’t say it” You only make yourself look like a fool and your an embarrassment.Nostalgia works and sells. That’s why Dreamworld has increased its visitor numbers and made a profit. Just remember Sea worlds 50th used “nostalgia” and also Movie Worlds 30th did the same. How about contributing in a professional kind way rather than whinging and bitching and being a keyboard bully. We are ALL here for the love of theme parks.

Still amazes me how UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE people are on here. Maybe if they looked at how they act and speak and their own behaviour first before commenting on others. Who cares how many people are active on a site or page. It’s called being professional and people seeing that. Hence the invite. For an enthusiast page there’s awful a lot of hatred from the same old bunch, grow up people.

This story smells of $$$$$. There is STACKS of staff everywhere. Fully 6 has a very visible staff member at the bottom of the slides. I went on those slides last week, no problems and no way “horrific internal injuries” can occur if you ride the slide properly.

You actually don’t. There is heaps of room to widen the road to make a decent pathway. I have another photo showing a better view of that pathway but can’t uploaded it. I’ll find another.

There’s heaps of room down the side if they just remove some of the sidewalk area. Easy to do.

Dreamworld has announced on its website, Flow Rider and Big Red Car is closing permanently.

Keep the fairy shop, build another matching Main Street building in between that and sky voyager and block the path off to Buzzsaw (have the new entry near the new coaster) The new themed area, say out the back of the old blue lagoon should have a new train stop there. Main Street needs to be cleaned up first. Re do the facade of Sky Voyager. Fingers crossed for a good new themed area your all talking about.

If your looking for a refresh in the kids area, this is just an idea. You’ll still have ABC and Wiggles area (plus the expansion coming) if not than they have HEAPS of land to build an Adams Family Haunted House. I also think they are Universal characters as well, so be much easier to get.

Good to see another new thread. An Adams Family Haunted House would be good. Could also have a stage and do something really good like Dracula’s in Broadbeach. Dreamworld has so much potential. Just needs someone with theming imagination and dollars.
