'Affinity' Animal Rights Protest
Based on? Explain your understanding of the rescue and rehabilitation of sea life, and your understanding of the issues concerning re-release after hand reering, and your understanding of breeding programs to keep near extinct animals still on the planet. While you’re at it explain how you would envisage SW self funding their rescue & rehab programs without the aid of tourists who would disappear without marine animals to see, and where the $3.5m raised by DW to protect tigers in the wild would have come from without tigers for people to see and get an attachment to?

White Christmas 2018
I do recall them adding a night or two AFTER Christmas in previous years, which at the time I thought was kind of strange..

Reviews & Reactions - Scooby Doo Spooky Coaster: Next Generation
Well I am mightily disappointed upon reading everyone’s reviews (though not overly surprised). I for one was hoping to be pleasantly surprised with almost an entire re-do of the theming, not the majority of the old props coming back and a couple of screens added and a “box” at the turntable. Was super excited for the projection mapping that was talked up so highly, and looks brilliant at AOS, but it appears to be little to non existent in reality. if they were going to half ass it (after 12 months of downtime and over 2 years of it being basically theme-less), id have preferred they completed rethemed it to something like Jokers Funhouse giving them far more scope for theming and props and marketing longevity.

Experience a Magical Night of Festivities with Warner Bros. Movie World's White Christmas
Of course anything can be improved, but unlike FNs, WC pulls massive crowds each and every night and is a family event. Kids don’t mind doing the same thing once a year, nothing has changed for several years and that’s because for the most part it meets the expectations of its target market. FNs has to evolve yearly (and isn’t doing too great a job of it) because it’s target, teens and young adults, won’t keep coming back for the same thing. there is no way to stop people congregating on the parade route from rope drop, the same occurred when Carnivale was at MW, and happens for an hour prior to the 3:30pm parade each day.

Experience a Magical Night of Festivities with Warner Bros. Movie World's White Christmas
@Rabbit2014 no point getting all uppity about attraction closures that are perfectly reflected on the white Christmas website. AA was not in the list of open rides, nor is Aquaman listed as an open attraction. HWSD arena has never been utilised at Christmas, and people stand around main st all night to have the best vantage point for the parade which is the major attraction of the evening.

The Off Topic Topic
The night events have never been about rides for me - and it’s always amazes me to see Scooby at hour plus wait times - it’s indoors and no different at night guys! Do some stuff that isn’t available during a regular visiting day! SE, DCR and AA are definitely fun at night, and I’m happy if I get one or two rides in, but it’s a case of being at the gates early so you can get onto DCR/SE within 10-15mins of ropes down, and then another towards the end of the night if a see a quiet queue.

New screen at Dreamworld
Believe it will be for live maintenance updates... you know, full transparency and all..

The Off Topic Topic
Definitely a defibrillator and oxygen storage point. Took a photo of one yesterday as well but in Corroboree

Beware of the Bawd Brothers
It was the complete opposite yesterday, crowd wise. got to the park at 3pm, had my son with me - Dronkey Flyers, Sword swing, Teacups he was the only person on the ride. Dodgems we literally waiting 5mins so there was another car to be able to smash into.. jumped on the train at about 4:40 as forgot you can’t get out of Corroboree via RHLR and we were amongst 8 people total on the entire train.

So they removed the AstroTurf and re-installed the river that now is home to the new turtle exhibit!

Guess Where QUESTIONS ONLY - (Answers in separate thread)
I like how a sign in 1981 pre-empted future drops in standards... “Dreamworld WAS dedicated to the happiness of all people”. WAS. Not IS.

Projection mapping. What's next?
Disney standard animatronics? Disney spends more on upgrading their toilets than our entire theme parks spend in capex a year...

Beware of the Bawd Brothers
Let me guess.. ”everyone get your cameras out and ready as we are about to go past something amazing you won’t see anywhere else in the world”.... ... “hope everyone has their cameras ready...” ”and there it is! The Dreamworld carpark, which we guarantee you won’t find anywhere else, make sure you grab a photo”
