If you are doing multiple rides back to back in the same day, then sure, it can be a little grating watching the same video/pre-show over and over. But really, it's just filler for your wait in the queue. When running efficiently, watching that pre-show was not adding time to your queuing time, it was just absorbing some of it.

The angle of the photo makes the height the car is reaching a little exaggerated. River town, I could be wrong, was where the jamboree was.

To which I replied "obviously they are not getting rid of it, being the major thoroughfare. They are clearly replacing the bridge, probably due to age". 1 hour later my post is deleted and the caption changed to "new bridge being built at SW".

Yeah thought of that, maybe a slight track change? I've always thought being quite an elevated ride that it could use a few more dips. In the end anything involving a track change would likely make it cost prohibitive

Was just thinking could they not retheme the MDMC, change to a traditional Coaster train, take some of the speed out of the launch and make it a kids/family coaster as part of ABC4Kids world? Would be a step below EFM but more intense than the new kids coaster at SW

Sunlander it's not so much about being safe on the ride as much as its being safe in the event of an evac. What happens if she was on cyclone and it got stuck on the lift hill? How does she evac? The minute you allow individuals to choose if they are safe enough to ride is the minute accidents occur. May as well get ride of height restrictions too. The guest is always going to favour or overemphasis their ability, especially in a group situation where you want to feel included
