Sorry but I'm going to play devils advocate and say DW handled the process well with the exception of not directing Alicia to get a riders card on entry. whether the reasons for the limitations were based on manufacturers stipulations or the advise or opinion of the DW team member tasked with issues these rider cards, they exist or are formed for a reason - rider safety. I don't think DW or any theme park should have to apologise for trying to ensure every visitor leaves the park in the same state they enter it. we have seen numerous examples over the years or parks bending the rules (or simply not following them) resulting injury or death to riders. I feel for Alicia and her family that their day didn't live up to expectations, but I would say that was more representative of their preconceived idea of accessibility rather than fault on DWs part.

Good ideas Alex, most feasible would probably be for the pram parents & their party of guests to wait with their prams until seating is finalised and then be ushered to the nearest-most seating available, whether then be in the first bay or half way down depending on visitation.

Had my first ride on Hot Wheels yesterday. Massive improvement on Cyclone, appeared faster, definitely smoother, audio a good addition and brake run into the station much better

No offence meant LP57 but it's a rather obvious answer/response and a fairly mediocre topic to choose., why does someone want to do any new activity? Watch a new tv show? Meet a new person? Ride a new rollercoaster? for a new experience, to fulfil a need or intrigue, for a thrill/rush, because they can. Surely there is a more useful line of research for your dissertation

Agree with Alex, Shockwave whilst a spinning ride, doesn't give me that dizzy feeling at all. Pandemonium is the only ride I've walked off and felt dizzy. It's just too much spinning. can't complain about the Claw though, definitely my favourite flat ride

I didn't say just a repaint, but if a standard maintenance period is a month, then you are adding a repaint on top of that.. what id love to see if a retheme of some of the dark ride component, maybe in line with BvS release storyline. Maybe the subway is being evacuated due to Doomsday attacking? Instead of having the crashed cars coming down, you could have an animatronic Doomsday tearing the hole open. Wishful thinking and completely not going to happen.

It was built & used when they took on some lions from another zoo whilst their enclosure was renovated. Since then it's homed one of the female tigers permanently. It is the area they use for the up charge tiger feeds

Imagine if one of the parks here had those. 2 months later everyone would be rushing for the 3 seats left on the train with working headsets
