even as a batman tragic I pretend that movie barely exists... So, it's not info or news relevant enough to start a new thread over so I'll post it here. An outgoing Warner Bros executive confirmed today that in 2018 we will see a re-imagining of Scooby Doo hit the screens. I think late 2018/early 2019 would be an awesome time to Scooby to get a major refurb, with new/refreshed theming, new elements in the 'disco room' and (please!!) new queue videos. Make it a Scooby for the next generation

Probably important to note that Aquaman, whilst able to breath under water, is not a fish. He has legs, and generally spends a lot of time fighting with the Justice League on land... I wouldn't really call him an 'underwater character' as such. @Smeg I think it goes without saying that Flash or WW are more likely options, as I stated when I said Aquaman would be unlikely but would provide a great tie in

I've also never seen Batman fly into space on his Batwing either, nor is he strapped onto the outside of it when it flys. Isn't MovieWorld all about the imagination?

Confirmed this morning that Aquaman is filming in the studios next year, I know it's unlikely, but it's a good tie in and they could use some of the set pieces/props at the end of filming for theming in the queue line etc

Maybe they can get the guys from the Lego Store at DW to come and help, apparently they're good at building things..

A girl has come off a slide (report says ride but can't see her having come off Surfrider). Possible spinal injuries. There are reports the teenager came off one of the rides or slides at the theme park. At this stage, it remains unclear which ride or slide the incident occurred on. The girl was seen being wheeled out of the theme park on a stretcher. She has since been transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition. There is no further information available at this time.

I'm gonna throw if out there - anyone reckon it's time MW updated its entry sign as you drive in? i know it's been there forever, but I reckon especially with the new coaster going in along the entrance driveway they could go out and get a nice shiny new one, maybe with some LT/DC characters on it. Use the same styled pillars that are going in, a 3D element as opposed to just a plain printed thing you could order these days off Vistaprint. Couple of design ideas i Wouldn't mind seeing...

Not sure where you live, but most of the residents of the northern GC are families. Families consist of 1 or 2 of these things called parents, and quite often these parents go to work so there kids get things like Xmas presents and annual theme park passes. Most parents don't have the luxury of having 6 weeks of annual leave when school finishes, so with today being Monday, they are at Work.. the kids are at daycare, grandmas, the neighbours, or fending for themselves at home.

There has been 'snow' and bubbles previously. i think it's shame if the snow effect has been removed entirely. It's what made it 'White' Christmas. otherwise they may as well re-brand it as MovieWorld Christmas
