  1. From memory, part of that queue takes you through a recording studio and you hear them jamming. Then you see the coaster launch as you approach the station.
  2. Reminds me of Lethal Weapon's Pre-Show. It was being 'locked in a room' and watching a car chase scene from one of the movies, then being address as stunt drivers and let into the short queue. Then they allowed you to walk through the video room that had the chase scene on loop if you wanted to watch it. The downside was the walkway to the station became a long queue. Also, Gremlins... was the cinema part of the 'ride', or a great pre-show?
  3. For the downvoters, aw hype is making a callback to the DC Rivals thread.
  4. "No, you mean Bumblebee yellow." "No, Mustard." "No, Banana." "No, Lemon." "No, Corn." "No, Canary." "No, Faded yellow." "No, Gold." "No, Pineapple." "No, buttery yellow." "No, Amber." (Okay we weren't that bad when it came to DC Rivals..)
  5. Found the Ardent Privacy Compliance Officer. I jest...welcome Sarah. This forum is a fun place to be when big attractions are going in. The war is back on? "Yeah it's like theirs, but our has MORE (or, actual) inversions!"
  6. What was your height restriction, @Slick?
  7. Awesome series of photos and write-up. The minor details (such as lighter rock shades to imply distance) you noticed are so well done. I suspect they'll be adding more the the Rise of the Resistance end when it opens, they're at the moment not wanting to draw that many people to the area perhaps, but still keep the flow from both lands either side of it. The detailing in the queue line! Takes me back to Star Tours, but this is so much more detailed. The fact that you can look over the Falcon from above when in the ride area is awesome. All the videos/photos I've seen hadn't shown that.
  8. With the preview rides staff have been given, maybe SV's going to need to 'close' for scheduled maintenance (without ever opening)? πŸ˜‹
  9. Yeeeeah, maybe a warning on that one?
  10. Jealous? Well, yes, I believe I might be. Andrew Grover embarks on US holiday to ride 69 rollercoasters
  11. So by now, DW have made their decision on these attractions. Will they hold off on announcements until after SV opens? Before, as a distraction? Like MW, only after they're 75%built? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

An amazing version of DC Rivals in Planco.
  13. ...looks like staged promo photos to me.
  14. IS used for? Very little these days. WAS used for? Back in Big Brother Days, it was mainly used for the Eviction Shows where housemates were interviewed. It also housed the show's production facilities.
  15. Ahem. Miiight have skimmed over that bit. 😳
  16. At Disneyland Paris in 2013 they had designated zones, but that didn't put off the vapers from doing it outdoors & in the queues. None of them were pulled up for it either, but maybe that's changed too. 🀞
  17. It's an interesting coaster you've built - but Jack the actual layout is the one from the model, not the concept art. See Richard's article here.
  18. Ohms my god can we stop please?
  19. Untamed POV. Looks like I misinterpreted the first element - it’s even better! Also, in-line roll at the end...
  20. Sorry to those not on Facebook, but here's the first run of RMC's Untamed at Walibi Land. That opening zero-g stall...
  21. The certainly know how to make money siphons, and they've done an awesome job here. I want to buy my own Jedi outfit (even though I already have one), make a lightsaber and make my own droid. I'd spend soooo much money here. Ditching the option of premium economy tickets and blowing it all at Galaxy's Edge. For whenever I go back to the USA (2021 hopefully).
