Actually I strongly disagree. Nice subtle improvements will do wonders to keep people in park and ensure return visits but a big ole billboard with "look how pretty are gardens and shops are" isn't going to do squat when compared to say "world first Mesocoaster opening soon"

It's very cute that he thinks he is 90% correct. Its got a lift hill and it's magenta and charcoal. Yep well 90% is right, with the 10% just being the entire layout and elements Nice ride but it's all floater and no ejector so it's a no thanks from me.

OMG the damn track is Magenta, it's not pink, purple, grape, puce or any other bloody thing people want to come up with. I mean the conversation on what the theme is is already going around in circles with the same names but geeze a debate over what colour something is when it's sitting right there to see (i.e. is a fact) is mind numbing. Ha that's a laugh. My here is also no other example in the city of a landowner operating 3 major theme parks and being the city's second largest employer. The fact that is a 'residential' zone is a joke in the first place given the theme park owns the land as was here before the residential area. So if anything the residents should be in a 'theme park' zone. We are of course talking about the same community (Gold Coast) that wants to be a world class tourist destination but votes down any sort of progress or development of such.

You're actually wrong GC Theme Parks. The unions actually have zero legal power whatsoever. The agreement is reached between the employer and the government. The government creates awards in consultation with the unions but it's the government that is the legally binding part of the equation. Your quote of "agreement between the employee and employer" is just that. In this case it's talking about an EBA. An EBA is established between the employer and the government and supersedes an award that may otherwise be in place. Again the unions will have input to influence the governments decision but they have no legal power.
