these are a few photos i took on boxing day of christmas 2001 during the bush fires, hence all the fog, it was cloudy, it was hot but just smokey all day. hence that why you cant see the sun, the quality is bad becasue thats what you get for a disposable camera, so thats that.

its hard to download the 911 - wonderland song, does everyone have it so i can download it. and there is one song missing that no onw has found, it another techno song different from that matrix one.

yeah thats mad seeing that i shoed that ages ago, dont worry, i thing thats the best ive never seen photos of the space probes lazers.

any new updates relating to the new ride, has anybody been to dreamworld in the last few days to see whats going on?

i have stax of photos, theres one of the hms endeavour and there is no trees around it what so ever. The transilvania area was the worst with nothing there, and around the paddle boats, unfortunately, no scanner no pictures

space probe ride would fit easily and be great at the park, be good if they bough the space probe, becasue it shouldn't bother guests becasue the carriagges are under a dome and the time they get to see inside a building is a matter of 2 seconds up and less then a second down. i wouldn't get ride of the wild mouse becasue its really on top of a building so it kills 2 birds with one stone by taking less room. Coney island is great but i would rather have an indoor roller coaster (no noise) then have a few slides. i would keep all existing rides add a few other thrill rides like the zipper, takes a small amount of space. Build a new river caves going though the cliff, which takes no space in the park becasue its under ground. And really thats about it, make more rides and indoor coaster and your laughing. They could actually have the river caves as an enclosed river rampage. Sounds interesting, it couls have like a spooky special effects on the inside. To incoporate the old ghost train, the river caves and the river rampage all into one.

i just got an email from dreamworld and she said the thrill ride is planned to open in september but nothing is official, she said shes not allowed to release any info about the new ride, but can tell me that its a very large thrill ride, hint meaning the gyro swing. Info about the ride should be released in 2 months

i was really close to downloading the wonderland song by 911, but then winmx or the user stuffed up, so i missed out i cant find it anywhere now.

wonderland its the only proper theme park with good thrill rides.

does anyone have a recent wonderland park map that they can post onto the forum, as recent as this year, last year, and as a bonus does anyone have park maps from like decades or years agao, i would greatly appreciate if anyone could post them into the forum.

it's my understanding that i am trying to bring up topics to talk about not to fight over with, so with your lack of imaturity i would hope that most of you try and be nice for a day, try it, it's not that hard for cyring out loud. Yes i realise that the demon was at the expo in 88 at queensland and it is also my understanding that the so called park at the expo didn't do too well. I'm over about the demon now onto the beastie whats wrong with moving a wooden roller coaster? huh? im starting to boil, just people calm down, argue without a few offesnsive words, alright.

other than the scenic rilway which i dont even classify as a proper wooden roller coaster there arent any other wooden roller coaster in australia anymore. Wonderland claimed 2 wooden roller coasters, and i actually think they are really good. They have a different feel, apart from the roughness which i can handle unlike some other wingers in the forum, but if dreamworld gets a wooden roller coasters which i know they wont but just thinking how dreamworld would go with a wooden roller coaster would actually be really good. I know many people have gone to wonderland and rode all the rides but its not an excuse to say that people dont want to ride the rides there anymore. Yes there are NSW people from Sydney in particular going to queensland, but i am one of those people, and if i see that dreamworld has a new roller coaster as a recruit i would be entitled to go to dreamworld even more, not becasue its a new ride but becasue they have more to offer. There would be more rides, more roller coasters and better value for your money. I conclude by saying that it would be great for dreamworld to have a new roller coaster but i dont expect that to happen any time soon. to me i dont think that any park in australia will get people or designers to design a whole new roller coaster that has never had a copy of before. The only coaster we have like that is cyclone, and thunderbolt which was a disaster. I just expect theme parks to buy off other theme parks and it will always happen.

the beastie is the small wooden roller coaster at wonderland, your thinking of the bush beast. the beastie is much smaller, less rough, and i think its very exciting for a kiddie coaster. it would go really well at dreamworld.

well thats your input, but i still believe that the demon would go good at dreamworld. just under curiosity, is it possible for a wooden roller coaster be removed to another park, What would people think of the beastie going to dreamworld, as a kiddie coaster?

well to tell you the truth, wouldn't you think that if dreamworld was only considering building that 1 new ride for september, and they weren't planning on building a new roller coaster for the near future that dreamworld would benefit with more publicity if the demon reopened in dreamworld for christmas this year? Everyone is saying that te demon is crap, can i ask everyone why? is it becasue it came from an expo? or was in wonderland the so called crappiest park in australia whcih everyone seems to dis for no imparticular reason? Apart from the cyclone they dont have any other looping roller coasters in the park. The demon goes upside down 6 times, the most in australia! 3 of which go backwards. i think its one of australia's best roller coasters in the top 3 for sure. Yeh it does need fixing, a new paint job which dreamworld would do anyway, but would you prefer dreamworld having no roller coaster until the distant future or have a new roller coaster to replace the thunderbolt by christmas this year. Just becasue dreamworld may inherit the demon doesn't mean they arent getting any more roller coasters. Its cheaper to buy then other roller coasters, easier and quicker to install becasue it aint big and doesn't take up much room. Think about it, dreamworld would benefit if on boxing day when the gates open there are more people going into the park to ride the demon. Its the same as the big dipper, the park got rid so dreamworld bought it. The people in queensland havent even ridden the demon unless you have gone to sydney for a holiday and went to wonderland. Even then its not a lot of people that have gone there. so i ask again why do you dis the demon? Why isnt good to go to dreamworld? Please fill me in!

i actually have a 1995 brochure of wonderland or 97 or around that era. its in cartoon, really colourful and eye catching, it has the demon, space probe, bush beast, rampage, sky hawk, wildlife park, hanna babera land rainbow, zodiac, great balloon escape, flinstone splash down, pirate ship, the hanna babera characters the lake, and the ship that used to be in the water, and i think a few other rides, i cant recall anymore. In te backround it has Opened every day with the harbour bridge and the opera house in the background. i cant scan it on to show you guys but ill see what i can do.

yeh how come dreamworld hasnt released any info or like advertised what they are building like they did with cyclone, like doing commericals saying cyclone is coming soon or something like trhat, they havent even released what they are doing on their website.

ok i just looke at the video one last time and the rails are definately made of wood going down the slides. Im not sure if it was changed to steel or whatever but i wish i could show you th video but its made of wood and the rails were brown, it wasnt even painted. The river rampage had a food outlet right where the sign of the river rampage is, and the rainbow to hanna babera land is before the bridge leading to the space probe. The front entrance must of had a big refurbishment because it looked all old and crummy and the front pirate sland looked the best and more themed up when the ship was actually in the water. There wasnt much more, but hanna babera land was pretty much the same as it is now, same layout and the rides seem to look the same as they are or were now.
