where is the picture taken on storm coaster
No, it's not heated themagician. AlexB has it right though. Try getting out of a hot spa on a cold winters night....you are freezing cold within a couple of minutes unless you dry off. Heating would not help.

Sea viper is shut, with scaff around the corkscrews. In terms of changes to the ride, it is running in winter mode, so the boat doesn't stop on the final turn, and the water dump is fully off.

where is the picture taken on storm coaster
Only just spotted it yesterday (Been that long since I last rode) but it is sitting on the right hand side, just as you plop into the water out of the station. Sits on one of the pallet racks.

Alex B, 45 degree angle parking is often useful when the intention is that people will only flow through in one direction (DW car park is a perfect example) because the advantage is that it allows a narrower aisle width, so they can fit more spaces in. It's quite efficient for big open car parks like that. For smaller ones, and in particular, ones as part of a building following a typical rectangular column grid then 90 degree parking wins out (And of course if you need bi-di traffic flow)

And hey, at least they had the sense to retain the library as the hall of justice....And Cyborg is a better animatronic than Batman in the Batcave.

I certainly prefer JL to Batman Adventure. Always was a bit of a chore to do all the preshows, and it wasn't a great simulator anyway. JL I'll always drop in to see what score I can get.

As far as I know, Thunder River has the highest ridership of all their rides so I think it is worth the love. As for what you could do with it....Simple...more fountains and water effects, as well as adding more logs to create some good waves. A catchy updated name and some more theming, and you are all set!

What will replace Looney Tunes River Ride?
I thought it was "I absolutely would agree".

Movie World - Carnivale
Carinivale sounds family friendly to me, it sounds like that ice cream you used to be able to get where it came in a clear oval shaped tub and had the topping and nuts already on top inside.

What would you like to see at Gold Coast Theme Parks soon?
It could just be one of Gerstlauers Infinity coasters like the Smiler...A compact inversion fest would look pretty impressive.

Movie World Lockers
I feel like banging my head against a wall now. How is that any different to any other paypass purchase, and any other dropped card situation, such as at a shopping center?

Projekt Helix just opened at Liseberg, and looks better than anything Intamin have put out in a while. Bear in mind this coaster is ridden with lapbars too!

I'd be much more inclined to go with Mack, purely because of the better build quality and better train design. Anyway, all of these new Mack mega coasters seem to be getting rave reviews, so I'm not at all hesistant to say it would be the way to go. It's not like you see mack rides being closed after only 5 years of service, or Mack coasters having to be rebuilt within months of opening due to dodgy calculations.

Movie World Lockers
My thoughts on this is general "guest frendliness". Enthusiasts have no excuse to be coming to the parks with tons of stuff and then complain (But then again, some like to take nice photos on their SLR so I've defeated my own point hah) The average member of the public casually visiting theme parks perhaps doesn't have the thought cross their mind that they might have to hire lockers and might not be strategic with loose items in this respect, and I'd go as far to say that filling a backpack with sunscreen and other stuff you'd take on a day out is not an unreasonable thing to do for your average family. Similarly, theme parks kinda want guests carrying around lots of stuff by the end of the day, if their gift shops, game stands and refill bottle stations are doing their job and selling lots.

^This. Despite smartphones being very common these days, they aren't across the board enough for it to be an acceptable solution, particularly for younger visitors and internationals who might have data roaming turned off to save money. And to be honest, it is a bit of a hassle to have to stand around at the ride entrance downloading and registering with an app (Presume you would have to punch in credit card details to pay for the locker) for the simple act of hiring a locker. Basically, you are back to square one since a solution would have to exist for those people anyway. In any case, Six Flags have ride lockers that you can pay a certain price for, and move from ride to ride, so I think an app is really just overthinking things a bit. http://behindthethrills.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/P1090394.jpg

I don't really see why an app is needed. Wouldn't a barcoded wristband suffice? Dropped out of a vending machine if need be.
