A whole Parkz update

Would be cool if it were a Kraken egg or some sort of other sea monster, execpt it is sitting in the middle of a rainforest in that pic, making it all the more confusing.

Here's a POV I shot in Singapore! Very extreme experience!

Guess the IQ of xRazzBerryx .

Just my take, but in terms of getting governments to fund theme parks, I reckon that's an incorrect use tof taxpayers dollars. The most a Govt should have to do is perhaps assist with local transport upgrades if a 3rd party decides to do a park. I lived in Vic till about 4 years ago, and there are far more pressing things for the state to be building and doing.

Wonder why Eurostar trains still have Euro at the front lol?

And even with 50 million its not a sure thing....Disneyland Paris has much of Western Europe within flying/High Speed Rail distance, and it underperformed for years. Disney aren't stupid, and I'm sure they have run the numbers on enough potential places to have a fair idea on what the best prospects are. I reckon the first big international park we'll see here would be Merlin opening a Legoland in Sydney.

So why post it in the Arkham topic in the first place of you knew it was more relevant to this one?

Its Batman for sure, the building isnt big enough to be Looney Tunes, plus Looney Tunes has a Mineral Fibre tile ceiling from memory. Also, Kujotess, please use the correct topics. This pic had nothing to do with Arkham Asylum,

I think we've got a glut of Studios in Aus as it is. Fox, Docklands and Village all run them, and they aren't exactly packed out. It's just too expensive to film here anymore, and govt subsidies are what props it up. If Universal came here, it should be the USS/USJ model...Just movie themed rides, no working studios.

I reckon a Mack one is a good candidate. Check out the huge loop on Blue Fire.

The awkward moment where nobody notices until it's pointed out.

The old rail corridor could have a nice row of palm trees put in it to form a buffer in places. But not purchased from Bunnings.

You Blind?

I've never seen them before, and despite the cool weather, I really wanna go down and have another go!

The latest weapon in the fight against valleying: Apparently with the backboards you go way faster, and now only 1-2 people per day will valley out. Not me BTW

I think they are just doing it progressively each evening. The front few rows have speakers, and the zero car at the back has the box with all the electronics..

Personally, I reckon re-theming Pipeline Plunge would be the most pointless endeavour ever...It wouldn't increase attendance, nor boost retail sales in a meaningful way like the Dreamworks experience will. Waste of moolah.

Nah nah, what I meant is that pics of Cylon (And other coasters that have the new harnesses, like Great Nor Easter), plus the concept designs for Vekomas new trains have been around internet on a few websites for a couple of years now. Not videos. Eg https://www.google.c...j2l14l0.frgbld. & https://www.google.c...dGaayiQfa-9CrBw

Battlestar has been open for a couple of years now though Pics were available of the new Vekoma seats, before the ones we took. +1 Plus you aren't shitting yourself the whole ride thinking the seat is going to fall off. BSG might look like a B&M, but it still rides like a typical Vekoma. Literally, on a few rides I found myself looking up at the chassis, with an ealge eye the bolts with the little lines of fluoro marker indicating tightness whilst the ride was shaking away....kinda just

Yes you can, as per my last post check the pics in the Parkz update, and the Battlestar gallery. You can see how they differ. http://www.parkz.com..._Galactica.html http://www.parkz.com...2012/04/06/#295

No, BSG's are Vekoma, and the Arkham ones are Kumbak. Check the pics in the Parkz update, and the Battlestar gallery. You can see how they differ.
