You could say HB was outdated even when Wonderland had it.

Something that definitely is interesting is the opening of Swarm, the 2nd B&M Wing Coaster. This is probably the best video out there, really does look fantastic. Perhaps the one thing I would change is to shorten it back to a 5 car train (Yes it would reduce capacity, but then again, SLCs run with 20 person trains) I think the trains on these tend to lumber around a bit, but if the train were a tad shorter it would bring the weight in line with their other coasters, allowing it to barrel through the course in true B&M style.

My favourite ride names are Go Go Banana Coaster and Superspeed Cool Cool Bear with Sky Scrapper receiving an honourable mention.

^Lol. Plus it's called the Vikings Revenge Flume Ride, not "log" ride, so the egg is on his face anyway.

Because that ride is based upon a WB licencing of a Hanna Barberra property,

Spiderman at IOA has been re-done with a new soundtrack and scenes that have been re animated in 4K and ehnanced in some ways. I quite like some of the changes actually, particularly the scenes with Electro, and the final sequence with you flying through the air and falling. I also like the way they have given the vehicle sound effects a bit more beef....A roaring engine and squealing tyres. They did this on Transformers too, and it really helps. The vehicle moves fairly slow in comparison to most rides, but this helps increase the illusion of speed.

Arkham Asylum: Shock Therapy (Lethal Weapon Retheme)
By the end of the year we'll have. -Superman -Arkham -Batwing -Green Lantern -September Attraction. 5 Rides. I think it is safe to say that the Superhero area will be well and truly built out by then, which makes sense...There's not a lot of space left unless you do something like stick a flat in the middle of the Superman sand area, plus I think they have run out of 'good' super heroes. The next ones in line (Say Flash or Wonderwoman) probably don't warrant an attraction themed to themselves just yet, and if they do, it would be a flat as mentioned above IMO. At IOA there are 4 rides in Marvel Super Hero Island (Hulk, Spider Man, Dr Dooms Fearfall, Storm Force Acceleratron) At SFMM there are 4 in DC universe (Green Lantern, Batman, Flash Speed Force, Wonder Womans Lasso of Truth) plus Superman and Riddlers separate to it all. In conlusion, I wouldn't stress too much Whitsy. I can see where you are coming from, but at the same time it's a catch 22. -If we want to have themed super hero area, there has to be a choice of attractions in it (4-5) for it to be worth making. -If we want to have a choice of attractions, it's going to take a little bit of time to actually establish the numbers needed. We're lucky in a way in that from GL to Arkham to the September Ride we've had them all built out in a 10 month period.

Essentially for just glasses and things which are essential in the queue.

BEST AUSSIE COASTER 2012
It would be worth running the poll again in a couple of months anyway, for a couple of reasons. -See how AA:ST does with new trains. -Actually include more coasters.

BEST AUSSIE COASTER 2012
If it's on RCDB it's a coaster. Redback carries it's propultion source on the vehicle itself, which is why it is not categorised as a coaster, but surfrider is. Typologically, Surfrider is like a sit down Impulse coaster...

BEST AUSSIE COASTER 2012
Doesn't matter. Just group it as "Wooden Wild Mouse (AW/LPS/Shows)" I mean, polls on here allow up to 20 choices, of which only 10 have been used so there is little excuse for not having at least a bit more scope on the ones most people would have ridden. Still don't get why Surfrider was excluded.

How could they be.... -The old trains dont have big curved bars. -The bit under the seat that supports it is different. You can see in that pic that each seat is on an individual prong (2 prongs) Normal SLC trains only have a central prong, with a crossbar to hold to the 2 seats : http://www.rcdb.com/1267.htm?p=12971 http://www.rcdb.com/429.htm?p=9823

Yeah, 2 thumbs up from me. Even if the trains don't track any smoother, this type of harness makes a world of difference. Battlestar Galactica was rough, but since your head didn't hit anything, it was actually fun. But this looks even more mental...far more upper body movement, and no bar on one side! PS, update, and I'm putting it in colour because then people wont skim read it. The dilapidated building facade has been taken off the tower. The new train might have lower rolling resistance? What about the rides Efteling and Alton Towers do? Or the rides at Disney not based on films (Pirates of the Carribean, Space Mountain, Big Thunder, Journey to the Center of the Earth etc?) Would be cool if the handles measured your pulse during the ride like on Blue Fire at Europa. On the flip side, I reckon the area around Lethal has long been a dead zone. Why does it need to look fresh? Its current paint is not that old, and still glossy! lol. But seriously, on vest restraints on coasters they tend to put seatbelt tensioners at the back, so it sits snug on you, so no opportuinity for the harness to sit higher and cause 'neck cutting' (Like on Intamin accelerator restraints) No, youd get banned for being a knob all the time and not making interesting posts (just trolling). Quit it. Maybe people want a thrill because its a theme park? If you want a place purely about the art of film, have you ever been to http://qag.qld.gov.au/cinematheque or http://www.acmi.net.au/ Bang on. Haters;...All the characters come from the same pot. The video games would never have been produced if Batman/Joker etc weren't popular IPs. Ever consider that? For people that follow video games, Arkham would be fresh in their mind. For people who have seen the films/read the comics, Arkham is still going to make sense.
