Review Requests
Does someone else feel like writing a description. I think the only thing I know about the background of the park is that it's called Kings Island because its supposed to be like Coney Island...Except it's in Kings Mills / was owned by the Kings Family Entertainment Company...Hence the name. Beast reviewed anyhow....

Movie World Hypercoaster - colour, theme and announcement speculation
Mission, Push etc, can I ask why you didn't make these posts here in the theming speculation thread in the first place? I had to manually move them here out of construction discussion.

So long as the cross sectional area of the bolts is equal to the cross sectional area created by the wall thickness of the support column tube, it's all good.

Tower of Terror 2 - Slow Launch
Are you sure you aren't confusing with the cable guides. The mag brakes for the fake out drop aren't there. If they were, they would be in the way and slowing every car. Ah well, you can take a pic for all of us if you are certain

Inclined dive loop goes up on Movie World's hypercoaster
As a rule, an incline loop is one with the loop on a tilt: https://www.parkz.com.au/photo/10489-Green_Lantern/gallery/sort/newest/location/ride-2048-Green_Lantern/offset/2 https://www.parkz.com.au/photo/10392-Hydra_the_Revenge/gallery/sort/newest/location/ride-2089/offset/7 Whereas a normal one has the track aligned vertically when viewed from the end: https://www.parkz.com.au/photo/4352-Scream/gallery/sort/newest/location/ride-303/offset/10

Do you prefer style or substance in your coaster track?
Ok mate, we get it. you don't have to put Adventure Worlds AW for every post.

Do you prefer style or substance in your coaster track?
Yeah but whenever I see B&M hyper track there's always that mental association it's going to be a lethargic ride compared to Intamin track (Or Mack as the case may be)

Disneyland Australia; will it EVER happen?
Prospect is 2h from Sydney? Righto.

What makes a coaster "fun"?
Yes, you can definitely have something which achieves both
-
What makes a coaster "fun"?
But an abrupt stop or roughness is not inherent to themed coasters in general right? Coasters don't get rough because you themed it.

What makes a coaster "fun"?
Obviously anyone would pick a Giga over a kiddie coaster. But a more interesting comparsion is a good smooth coaster with an immersive theme, versus a giga. Eg Disneylands Space Mountain, or Revenge of The Mummy versus Fury 325.
