Disney Rides

Featured Replies

Can anyone tell me why Disneyland never seem to add new rides?Do they think they'll mess up the feel of the park like what they did at DCA?Or is it because all the parks have to synchronise and it therfore takes longer to organise a new attraction? Thanks.

I don't really understand the question; Epcot added Mission: Space Animal Kingdom is adding Everest Disneyland is adding Buzz Lightyear DCA is getting a Monster's Inc ride and got Tower of Terror last year Thats a nice healthy slew of projects going on at once, so I don't understand the "Never add new rides" thing. Perhaps you could explain?

Well,Euro Disney has stayed exactly the same for a long time now.It has the exact same attractions as the Disney Parks in America(Space Mountain,Big Thunder,Phantom Manor)but it doesn't seem to have anything else.

Alright, attractions are coming, but Euro Disney has been around for a long time, and I don't remeber any new attrractions then.

Ok,thanks anyway, even if my question was very badly backed up.This Buzz Light year ride sounds very un-Disney. :(

They're doing massive stuff to Space Mountain like adding new effects and etc that will make it a totally new and up-to-date ride. Like others said they are also adding Buzz Lightyear in Tomorrowland. Right now the park is preparing for their 50th Anniversary.

Euro disneyland is the exception simply because its always been in humongus debt 100's of millions in debt and its just been taken out of it with help from outsiders and re financed to add these newrides over the comming years. for more info just goole eur disney in news,

Aren't they even building a new theme park in Hong Kong?

So that's alot of stuff they're up to.
