I found a cool little website called coasterradio.com . Its basically a weekly 30 minute coaster podcast you can download. Unfortunatley our internet computer isnt the one with Itunes so i havent been able to listen to one yet, but i have heard its pretty good. Podcasting is a pretty good idea IMO because people can easily make shows that appeal to a small audience that wouldnt be possible in the mainsteam media. PS i dont really know how this sits with the community guidelines but its a pretty unique idea.

Figured this topic deserved its own thread. Yesterday's announcement posts may or may not appear over here eventually. I'm just transferring some of the details from the Motocoaster thread over here for posterity's sake... if you want to whinge about AI go and create your own thread.

Funfields ‘Kraken Racer’ Upgrade

themagician · October 15Oct 15

Funfields have been teasing this on their socials for a few months, but they have officially announced that their Kraken Racer is being upgraded to become Kraken Unleashed, with the slide becoming 75m longer. A Marine Wildlife Hospital to be built at Sea World is expected to provide a significant boost not just to the environment, but the Gold Coast’s tourism industry. The LNP on Saturday announced it will commit $10 million towards building the facility, which would be equipped to treat marine life including birds, dolphins, sharks, seals and whales. Members of the public would have the opportunity to view work at the hospital, which would be the first of its kind in the southern hemispher
