The Newcastle show for 2007 has been cancelled, does anybody know the reason for this?

To upgrade all the buildings and facilitys, and also because of a lack of a decent amusement opperator.

More like very poor management, the Newcastle Show Society sent the Show broke by sacking the Showmen's Guild of Australasia members with all the quality euipement to employ Les Osborne and Durkins Amusements. Was not a good move.

Newcastle Show Society are not broke, they have run at a profit, for the last few years, except last year, cause they changed the dates of the show.
